بررسي ضرورت امر به معروف و نهي از منكر در پايداري و ارتقاي اخلاق اجتماعي

Study of the Imperative of Enjoining Good and Forbidding Wrong and the Way It Improves Social Morality

تحقيق حاضر، از نوع بنيادي و با روش توصيفي و تاريخي بر اساس منابع كتابخانه‌اي است. اين تحقيق، با محوريت قرآن و سنّت و احاديث است و سعي شده با ديد همه‌جانبه، آثار عمل به فريضه امر به معروف و نهي از منكر و عواقب ترك آن از بُعد فردي و حكومتي، مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گيرد. پايداري جامعه در گرو تثبيت ارزشها و تعقيب اهداف و آرمانهاست. اين پايداري با برنامه‌ريزي دولت (حكومت اسلامي) و تعهد مردم (امت اسلامي) به دست مي‌آيد. جامعه اسلامي با سنّت امر به معروف و نهي از منكر از رذايل و انحرافات مصون مي‌ماند. در اين جامعه، هر فرد، مكلّف به انجام امر به معروف و نهي از منكر (ضد ارزشهاي اسلامي) است. هر مسلماني مسيول اصلاح امور اخلاقي جامعه خود است كه بايد با كسب آگاهي و مهارت لازم، وظيفه خود را به نحو احسن انجام دهد. نتيجه اينكه مهارتهاي لازم در حسن انجام مسيوليت امر به معروف و نهي از منكر است، عبارتند از: پرهيز از رفتارهاي متكبّرانه، چگونگي مواجهه با آدمهاي متكبّر و مغرور، نداشتن رفتارهاي تهاجمي، نداشتن رفتارهاي خشونت‌آميز و بي‌نزاكت، پرهيز از رفتارهاي نامناسب و بي‌ادبانه، ظاهر شدن در نقش مثبت، رعايت حريم خصوصي افراد، برقراري رابطه دوستانه با مردم، چگونگي راه رفتن، داشتن سيماي جذّاب، حفظ آرامش خود در هر شرايطي، خجالت نكشيدن و قوي ظاهر شدن در مقابل صاحبان قدرت كه نياز به توجه و دقت بالايي دارد.

The present research is of fundamental type, which has been carried out with descriptive-and historical methods using library resources. Centering on the Holy Koran, Sunna, and the traditions coming from the Holy Prophet and Imams, this research tried to focus on the consequences of the act of enjoining good and forbidding wrong, and those of failing to do so from an individual and government point of view. For a society to continue to exist, it is required to pursue objectives and causes based on confirmed values. This will occur only with governmental planning (Islamic government) and public commitment (Islamic Umma). The Islamic community will be able to get protected against deviations and wicked acts only with the act of enjoining good and forbidding wrong as a divine tradition. In this society, everybody is obliged to do ‘enjoining good and forbidding wrong’. Every Moslem is held accountable for improving the ethical standards in his society, where he has to make his best to do his duty by acquiring the required body of knowledge and skills. Consequently, the skills required in enjoining good and forbidding wrong include: avoiding arrogant behavior, the way one deals with arrogant people, not committing offensive and indecent behavior, avoiding impolite and improper behavior, displaying a positive role, observing individuals’ privacy, establishing friendly terms with people, keeping an attractive appearance, keeping cool in any situation, not feeling ashamed, and standing upright and strong in front of those who hold tenures; all requiring a high-level attention.
