Citizenship Rights in Imam Khomeini’s Viewpoints

: ظهور مفهوم شهروندي را مي‌توان مصادف با پيدايش نخستين حكومت‌ها دانست. حكومت‌ها اعتبار و قدرت خود را از شهروندان مي‌گيرند و در مقابل نسبت به شهروندان داراي وظايف و مسيوليت‌هايي هستند. شهروند نيز تكاليف متقابل در ارتباط با دولت دارد. امام خميني، بنيانگذار فقيد جمهوري اسلامي ايران، در رابطه با حقوق شهروندان داراي ديدگاه‌هاي بنيادين است. رويكرد نظري ايشان بر مبناي حقوق امت استوار شده است. نگارندگان بر پايه اين بينش سه حق محوري مطرح در حوزه حقوق شهروندي (آزادي، عدالت و امنيت) و حقوق مشتق از آنها را با تكيه بر انديشه هاي امام مورد بررسي و كاوش قرار مي‌دهند.

The emergence of the concept of citizenship is among the referents of formation of the first governments. Governments receive their credit and power from citizens and at the same time have certain duties and responsibilities towards them. At the same time, citizens have certain duties towards governments. Imam Khomeini has fundamental viewpoints about the rights of citizens. His theoretical viewpoints are based on the rights of the ummah. The present paper is an attempt to study Imam Khomeini’s viewpoints about three pivotal rights in the field of citizenship rights (freedom, justice and security) and the rights derived from them.
