Qualitative Explanation of Methods to Advance the Insight of Baseej Members

پژوهش حاضر به شيوه كيفي و مبتني بر تحليل اسنادي و مصاحبه‌پژوهي با شيوه هم‌انديشي انجام شده و هدف آن، تبيين راهكارهاي ارتقاي بصيرت بسيجيان بوده است؛ لذا تلاش شده مجموعه‌اي از راهكارهاي عملياتي ارتقاي بصيرت بسيجيان از مجموعه مراجع ديني به همراه ديدگاههاي صاحب‌نظران متخصص، احصا، طبقه‌بندي و ارايه شود. براي دستيابي به اين هدف، ضمن تحليل اسنادي منابع و مراجع اسلامي، برگزاري جلسات هم‌انديشي با حضور كارشناسان و استادان دانشگاهي و مصاحبه با كارشناسان و برخي صاحب‌نظران حوزوي و دانشگاهي، ديدگاههاي ايشان در خصوص موضوع، گردآوري، طبقه‌بندي و ارايه شد. در مجموع يافته‌هاي پژوهش، عمده‌ترين راهكارهاي ارتقاي بصيرت بسيجيان عبارتند از: توجه به نقش مساجد، تحليل تاريخي حوادث انقلابي و فتنه‌انگيز در طول تاريخ، گفتگو با نخبگان و خواص، توجه به نقش روحانيت، تقويت نقش متولّيان و فعالان فرهنگي، توسعه و گسترش فعاليت رسانه‌هاي جمعي، توجه به بصيرت در محيط‌هاي دانشگاهي، رصد كردن توطيه‌ دشمنان و دشمن‌شناسي(منافق‌شناسي)، افزايش اطلاعات سياسي- اجتماعي بسيجيان، تقويت مباني اعتقادي، تلاش براي رفع شبهات اعتقادي - سياسي، طراحي و اصلاح امور ساختاري با محوريت بصيرت‌افزايي، توسعه فعاليتهاي فرهنگي- اجتماعي بصيرت‌زا، توجه به ايام‌الله و برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي اين ايام، تقويت معنويت و ارتباط با خدا در بسيجيان، سازماندهي، هدايت و اداره فعاليتهاي نيروهاي بسيجي، تامين زيرساختها و برقراري نظام تحقيقاتي مناسب، توسعه نظام اطلاع‌رساني جامع، حمايت از ايجاد و توسعه تشكّلها و انجمنهاي علمي، ايجاد نظام مشاركت‌جويي براي همكاري با ساير سازمانهاي مرتبط.

The present study، aimed to explain the methods of advancing the insight of Baseej members was a qualitative one based on document analysis and questionnaire data hence we trieol to gather, classify and present a collection of operational methods for advancing the insight of Baseej members on the basis of religious references along with view points of relevant expert in this regard. In order to attain this goal in addition to analysis of Islamic document and reference texts specific sessions with academics and experts were held and interviews with experts and some academic and religious scholars were performed to gather their opinions in this regard to be classified and presented. The result showed the most significant methods for advancing the insight of Baseej members to be: the role of mosques، historical analysis of revolutionary and incerdiary events throughout the history dialogues with elites the role of reliaious scholars enhancing the role of cultural activists development and expansion of media activities paying attention to insight in academic environments observing the enemies، plots increasing the sociopolitical know ledge of Baseej members reinforcing their ideological bases trying to clarify ideological- political misgivings planning and rectifying infrastructural affairs to reinforce insight expanding socio-cultural activities that reinforce insight paying attention to special retigious ceremonies and planning for these events reinforcing spirituality and relation with god among Baseej members organizing Baseej members activities providing appropriate infrastructures for research developing a comprchcnsive information system supporting formation and development of scientific & know ledge based societies، providing system for sharing know ledge and cooperation with relevant organizations.
