بررسي بارزترين علل و عوامل مسيوليت‌‌گريزي دانشگاهيان با رويكردي بر نظريات امام خميني (ره)

Main Causes of Escape Liability in Universities Based on Imam Khomeini Views

هدف: اين پژوهش درصدد بررسي علل و عوامل مسيوليت‌گريزي در دانشگاه اسلامي از ديدگاه امام خميني(ره) است. روش: اين پژوهش با روش كتابخانه‌اي- اسنادي به تحليل محتواي كيفي انجام گرفته است. يافته‌ها: عواملي مانند اعتقادزدايي، فقدان امنيت، عدم انسجام، انحراف از ارزشها، سو مديريت، عدم تامين نيازها، فقدان تربيت اسلامي و انساني، بي‌توجهي به توانمندي‌ها، فقدان نظم و قانون، وابستگي، مدرك‌گرايي و...، باعث به وجود آمدن محيطي ناراضي، آشفته، غافل، بي‌انگيزه، عدم اعتماد به نفس و فقدان خود اتّكايي در دانشگاه اسلامي مي‌شوند كه در چنين محيطي، مسيوليت‌گريزي در بين افراد آن رواج پيدا خواهد كرد. نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاضر نشان مي‌دهد كه مسيوليت‌گريزي در دانشگاه اسلامي نه تنها در سرنوشت دانشگاه تاثير دارد و نظام دانشگاه اسلامي را مختل مي‌سازد؛ بلكه در سرنوشت كشور نيز تاثير مستقيم مي‌گذارد و باعث عدم رشد و پيشرفت كشور خواهد شد.

Objectives: The authors of the article intend to study the main reasons of escape liability in IslamicUniversity with a glance at the ideas and view points of Imam Khomeini. Method: The method of the present study is library-document and qualitative content analysis. Results; The results of the research indicate a series of factors such as weakening conviction, lack of security, integration failure ,deviation of the values , mismanagement ,failure to meet requirements , failure to train in an Islamic manner, neglecting the capabilities, lack of law and order, dependence, …. As the causes of a turbulent environment full of ignorance, agitation and escape liability as a result in Islamic university. Conclusion: The authors of the survey conclude that escape liability in Islamic university not only influences the fate of university and brings malfunction in the system of Islamic university but also directly influences the destiny of the country and prevent it from growth and development
