چكيده طرز تفكر سنتي مديران صنايع، وجود ماشين آلات فرسوده و قديمي و همچنين عدم همسويي سياست‌ها و خط‌مشي‌ها با توسعه صنعتي ، منجربه توليد محصولات با كيفيت پايين و قيمت بالاتر شده است. به همين دليل مشاهده مي‌شود كه صنايع روز به روز به جاي پيشرفت، پسرفت دارند و حتي برخي از آن ها ورشكسته شده و تعطيل مي‌گردند كه اين امر منجربه افزايش بيكاري شده است. لذا اين تحقيق به دنبال اين است كه چرا صنايع استان قزوين نتوانسته از ظرفيت‌هاي موجود استفاده نمايد. با در نظر گرفتن چهار عامل محيط خارجي، سيستم بازاريابي، نيروي انساني و كيفيت توليد عوامل را رتبه‌بندي كرده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق مديران صنايع استان قزوين بوده‌اند كه داده‌ها با انجام مصاحبه و پرسشنامه با اين مديران جمع‌آوري شده است. همچنين براي يافتن مهم ترين عوامل تاثيرگذار از آزمون t استيودنت استفاده شده است. در پايان تحقيق اين نتايج به دست آمده كه توجه به محيط خارجي و سيستم بازاريابي بيشترين تاثير را داشته‌اند.
