Natural Beauty and Ethic in Kantʹʹs Thought

در نظام فلسفه نقدي، فاهمه قانون‌گذار طبيعت تجربي و عقل قانون‌گذار حيطه آزادي است. اما علي‌رغم اين تفكيك، تكاليف اخلاقي وضع شده بايد در طبيعت متحقّق شوند. اين تكاليف را نمي‌توان در ساحت طبيعت تجربي عملي كرد زيرا تصوير اخير، پديداري و بنابراين متعيّن است؛ ازاينرو مناسب اراده آزاد نيست. كانت تصوير ذهني غايت‌مندانه از جهان، كه توسط قوه ذوق زيباشناختي(قوه حكم) تبيين مي‌شود را، تامين كننده نياز فوق دانسته است. قوه حكم، كثرات اعيان و قانون‌هاي تجربي ساخته شده توسط فاهمه را در جريان ادراكي آزاد، مورد تامل قرار داده و با انتزاع صورت‌هاي محض آن‌ها، و وحدتشان در يك سلسله مراتب ارگانيكي، طبيعت في‌نفسه زيبايي عرضه مي‌دارد كه مناسب تحقق تكاليف اخلاقي است. تبيين اين امر و معرفي قوه حكم زيباشناختي به‌عنوان قوه واسطه‌گر بين فهم و عقل، اهدافي‌اند كه نوشتار حاضر درصدد بيان آن‌ها است.

In the critical philosophy Understanding is the legislator of the empirical nature and Reason is the legislator of the free space. But, ethical duties must be accomplished in nature. They cannot be accomplished in the realm of empirical nature, because this realm is deterministic and it is not suitable for free will. So, we need another picture of the nature. Mental picture of teleology of the world produced by natural reflective judgment could supply this need. Faculty of Judgment reflects on concrete realities and their empirical laws which have been made by Understanding and abstracts their pure forms and unities in an organic hierarchy. This beautiful nominal nature is suitable for ethical duties. This article tries to explain this matter and introduce the faculty of judgment as a mediator between Understanding and Reason.
