توليد قدرت نرم در گفتمان انقلاب اسلامي

Analysis, explanation and production of soft power of the Islamic republic of Iran from Islamic approach

از بدايت و تكوين عالم خلقت و از زماني كه بشر پا به عرصه خاك نهاد، همواره انسان با ابعاد گوناگون منازعه و جنگ در سطوح فردي و اجتماعي مواجه بوده است كه خود حكايت از حاكميت فضاي قدرت سخت بر مناسبات سياسي دارد. در قرون اخير اين استيلا در قالب قلب سرزميني و قلب سرزمين دريايي در سطح جهاني به وسيله قدرتهاي غربي به منصه ظهور رسيد. پس از جنگ جهاني دوم و مخدوش شدن چهره انسانيت، بانيان اين تخريب وسيع با طرح مقولاتي چون: حقوق بشر، گسترش دموكراسي و...، به ظاهر در پي جبران مافات برآمدند. با گسترش ارتباطات، فنّاوري و دهكده جهاني كه موجب ترك برداشتن پوسته حاكميت دولت -ملتها، مضاعف شدن اهميت امنيت انساني و تحوّل مفهومي "قدرت" شد؛ قدرت نرم و قلب انساني موضوعيت يافت. تعريف امام خميني(ره) از قدرت نرم: «شما كاري نكنيد كه مردم از شما بترسند؛ شما كاري كنيد كه مردم به شما متوجه شوند... كاري بكنيد كه دل مردم را به دست بياوريد»، در برابر تعريف ديگر از قدرت، تحوّل مفهومي قدرت را به وضوح نشان مي‌دهد. اين مقاله، ضمن ارايه نظريه قدرت نرم و در سطح متعالي، قدرت ايمان و قدرت هوشمند متعالي در اسلام، به واكاوي قدرت نرم جمهوري اسلامي و تبيين دو بُعد سلبي و ايجابي آن پرداخته و با استفاده از رويكرد اسلامي، به راهكارهايي در مواجهه با جنگ نرم اهتمام ورزيده است. توليد قدرت نرم جمهوري اسلامي مبتني بر رويكرد اسلامي، ضمن غير موثّر كردن رويكردهاي اعمالي انديشه‌هاي ليبرالي غرب در مواجهه با نظام، قدرت ايمان (نرم) و قدرت هوشمند متعالي را كه پويا، كيفي و چند بُعدي است، ايجاد مي‌كند.

In the beginning and the evolution of the universe of creation, and since the human being was appeared in this world, the mankind has been consistently encountered with the various aspects of conflict and war on social and individual levels. Machiavellisadvise to princes of Italian based on : it is more important that people become afraid of you than liking or loving you, it suggests the sovereign of the hard power in the political relations.in the current centuries this hegemony or domination was introduced in the form of the theory of heartland and the sea power by the west empires. After the world war II and the distortion of the mankind, the founder of this massive destruction decided to compensate theirs action by introducing issues such as the human right, democracy. Expanding of, communication, technology and world village made the leaking or splitting of the sovereign of nation states and the increase of human security ,and the change of the concept of power, instead the soft power and man heart are being emphasized.the definition of JosephNye of soft power based on “we must do something that make others to want what we want or ours wants“ in comparison to the definition of imam Khomeini( peace be upon him)of the soft power in term of you must not do something the make the people be afraid of you but do some thing that make people like you or attract the heart and the mind of people, in contrary to the definition of Machiavelliof the theory of soft power, reveals clearly the Conceptualdevelopment of the power. while providing of the theory of soft power and in transcend level, the strength of creed in islam, this paper intends to analysis the soft power of Islamic republic of iran and the explanation two dimensions of its deprivation(negative) and positive (requirement) and with the use of Islamic approach, provides a solutions or suggestions in counter to the soft war.
