The Consequences of Security Job Stress

برخي مشاغل از قدرت استرسزايي بالايي برخوردارند. استرس پيامدهاي ناگوار متعددي به دنبال دارد كه از مهمترين آنها مي‌توان به اختلالات رواني اشاره كرد. موضوع اختلالات رواني از ابعاد گوناگوني مورد توجه كارشناسان بهداشت رواني قرار گرفته است. از جملهي اين ابعاد ميتوان به همه‌گيرشناسي، سبب شناسي، اقدامات پيشگيرانه و نيز مداخلات درماني اشاره كرد. اولين و مهمترين گام در اين خصوص بررسي وضعيت همه‌گير‌شناسي و ميزان شيوع و بروز اختلالات رواني است. حيطه عملكردي و وظايف مديران اجرايي بنا به شرايط كاري حاكم بر آن‌ها از جمله مشاغل پر استرس محسوب مي‌شود. مديرن اجرايي به دليل هدايت افراد زير دست خود و جوابگويي به مديران رده‌هاي بالاتر خود بيشتر در معرض استرس‌هاي شغلي و پيامدهاي ناگوار آن قرار دارند. با توجه به اين كه در سوابق پژوهشي از ميزان و شيوع اختلالات رواني در بين مديران اجرايي اطلاعات دقيقي وجود ندارد، در نوشتار حاضر با استفاده از روش مطالعه توصيفي مقطعي و با استفاده از جامعه آماري مديران اجرايي سازمان هاي دولتي مستقر در شهر تهران شامل وزارتخانه هاي نيرو،آموزش وپرورش، كارواموراجتماعي ،ارشاد ونفت در سال 1389 انجام گرفت سعي شده است تا به اين مهم پرداخته شود. سوال اصلي نوشتار حاضر اين است كه: ميزان شيوع و بروز اختلالات رواني در بين مديران اجرايي چگونه است و هر يك از اختلالات مورد بررسي تا چه حد در بين آن‌ها شيوع دارد؟

Some jobs are so stressful. Stress has a variety of unpleasant consequences, that the most important which is mental disorder. The subject of mental disorder is considered from different dimensions by mental health experts. For example we can mention epidemiology, reason ology, preventive measures and remedial interference. First and foremost step in this way is the study of the epidemiological status, and also the prevalence and appearance rate of mental disorders. The Functional domain and the duties of the executive managers are considered, due to the prevailing conditions in their workplace, as one of the most stressful jobs. The executive managers due to the control and guidance of their personnel and also answering their senior managers are more exposed to the vocational stresses and their unpleasant consequences. Since there is no exact information in the research records about the prevalence rate of mental disorders among the executive managers, the present article is done through sectional-descriptive method and statistical community of the executive managers of the state departments established in Tehran such as the Ministries of Power, Education, Labor, Guidance, and Oil in 1389; the main question is: “what is the prevalence and appearance rate of mental disorders among the executive managers? Besides, to what extent is every disorder under investigation prevalent among them?”
