The Effect of Future Research on the Strategic Planning in Security Organizations

پيشرفت و توسعه سريع و تغييرات پرشتاب محيطي در جهان امروز، منجر به پيدايش عصري به نام عدم قطعيت شده و محيطي سرشار از فرصت و تهديد را پيش روي سازمان‌هاي امنيتي قرار داده است؛ موفقيت و پويايي در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي امروزي فقط در سايه مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي امكان‌پذير بوده و برنامه‌هاي راهبردي نيز زماني موفق خواهند بود كه با نگاه جدي به آينده با بهره‌گيري از علوم كاربردي آينده‌پژوهي، تدوين گردند. هدف اصلي در تحقيق حاضر، بررسي تاثير آينده‌پژوهي بر برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي است. روش تحقيق حاضر توصيفي-تحليلي بوده و پژوهشگر تلاش نموده با مطالعه در ادبيات موضوع و بهره‌گيري از نظرات استادان و محققان اين رشته در منابع علمي معتبر، تاثير آينده‌پژوهي بر برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي در اين ‌سازمان‌ها را بررسي نمايد. نتايج حاصله از تحقيق بيانگر اين است كه؛ آينده‌پژوهي با پايش تغييرات و تحولات محيط دروني و بيروني سازمان و تشخيص هوشمندانه فرصت‌ها و تهديد‌هاي پيش روي سازمان (آينده‌شناسي) و تقويت تفكر راهبردي در مديران سازمان‌هاي امنيتي، باعث بهبود برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي در اين‌سازمان‌ها مي‌شود.

The quick progress and development, and hasty environmental changes in the contemporary world, lead to the emergence of an epoch called in definiteness, and provide a milieu full of opportunities and threats for security organizations. The success and dynamism of today’s security organizations i possible only under the patronage of strategic planning and management, and the strategic programs world be successful only if we take a serious look into future by utilizing applied sciences of future research. The main goal of this research is the examination of the effect of future research on strategic planning in security organizations. The method is descriptive- analytic the scholar tries to examine the effect of future research on strategic planning by studying the literature of the issue and making use of the views of teachers and researchers of this field of study in the valid scientific resources. The results of this research demonstrate that, future research with the protection of change of transitions of internal and external environment of the organizations and the smart recognition of opportunities and threats in front of the organization (future knowing) and strengthening of strategic thinking in the managers of security organizations, lead to the improvement of strategic planning in this organization.
