تهديدهاي فرهنگي، يكي از ابعاد تهديد عليه واحدهاي سياسي محسوب مي‌گردد كه به لحاظ كاركرد خاصي كه فرهنگ در واحد سياسي دارد، اين بعد از تهديد مي‌تواند نقش موثري در شكل گيري و اثرگذاري ساير ابعاد تهديد عليه كشور و همچنين به چالش كشيدن واحد سياسي داشته باشد. يكي از شيوه‌هاي تهديد عليه فرهنگ يك كشور به ويژه درباره ساختار ارزشي و فرهنگي همانند نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران، در قالب تهاجم يا شبيخون فرهنگي طراحي و اجرا مي‌شود. يكي از عواملي كه مي‌تواند نقش مصونيت ساز، بازدارنده و همچنين اثرگذاري در مقابله با تهديدهاي فرهنگي به ويژه تهاجم فرهنگي داشته باشد، برخورداري نظام از اقتدار فرهنگي در حوزه ملي و فراملي است. فرضيه مقاله چنين است كه تحقق اقتدار فرهنگي نه تنها نقش موثري در مقابله و خنثي نمودن تهاجم فرهنگي خواهد داشت؛ بلكه عاملي براي گسترش و برتري فرهنگ ايراني – اسلامي در برابر فرهنگ بيگانه و نظام سلطه خواهد شد. بر اين اساس، اين مقاله در نظر دارد ضمن پرداختن به مقوله فرهنگ، تهديدهاي فرهنگي با تاكيد بر تهاجم فرهنگي و اقتدار فرهنگي، تاثير اقتدار فرهنگي را در مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگي از نگاه مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله العالي) و با استفاده از روش توصيفي – تحليلي، روش تحليل محتوا با تكنيك استنباطي و همچنين مطالعه اسناد و مدارك كتابخانه‌اي و تحليل كيفي يافته‌هاي تحقيق مورد بررسي قرار دهد.

Cultural threats are considered as an aspect of threats against political units, and in terms of the specific function of culture in a political unit; this dimension of threat can play a key role in shaping and affecting other aspects of threats against the country as well as challenging a political unit. One of the ways of threat against the culture of a country particularly concerning the culture and values structure like Iran’s system of governance is designed and implemented in the form of cultural invasion or ambush. One of the factors that can play an immunity-making, deterrent, and also influential in dealing with the threat of cultural threats particularly the cultural invasion, is the enjoyment of system of cultural authority in the field of national and transnational. So the article hypothesis is that the realization of cultural authority not only will have an effective role in countering and neutralizing the cultural invasion, but also would be a factor in the development and supremacy of an Iranian – Islamic culture against the foreign culture and dominated system. On this basis, this paper intends to address the issue the culture of, the cultural threats with an emphasis on cultural threats, will examine the impact of cultural authority in the face of the cultural invasion from the view of the Supreme Leader using analytical - descriptive method, the content analysis method with analytical techniques as well as the study of library documents and qualitative analysis of research findings.
