اهميت و جايگاه ژيوپليتيكي و ژيواستراتژيكي خليج فارس باعث شده اين منطقه بعنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين كانون امنيتي دنيا محسوب ‌شود كه همين موضوع اهميت امنيت منطقه اي آن را دو چندان كرده است. در خصوص امنيت منطقه اي خليج فارس دو گرايش وجود دارد، جمهوري اسلامي ايران اعتقاد به اين دارد، كشورهاي منطقه با تشريك مساعي همديگر و بدون حضور ساير كشورها مي توانند مجموعه امنيتي منطقه اي را در خليج فارس به وجود آورند، اما گرايش كشورهاي عربي منطقه متفاوت با نظر جمهوري اسلامي ايران بوده و از ابتداي شكل گيري انقلاب اسلامي ايران، آن كشورها با تشكيل شوراي همكاري خليج فارس، به تنهايي و البته با كمك ايالات متحده آمريكا و بدون توجه به اهميت و قدرت ايران نسبت به ايجاد مجموعه امنيتي منطقه اي اقدام نموده و فضاسازي هراس افكنانه ايالات متحده آمريكا از ج.ا.ا، باعث اتخاذ رويكرد مقابله اي آن شورا در طول سه دهه گذشته بر عليه ج.ا.ا شده كه همين امر امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران را تحت تاثير قرار داده است. بنابراين اين پژوهش در نظر دارد با واكاوي شوراي همكاري خليج فارس به عنوان مجموعه امنيتي منطقه اي تاثير آن بر امنيت ملي ج.ا.ا ايران را مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار دهد.

Geopolitical and strategic importance and status of Persian Gulf has caused the region to be considered as one of the most important centers of world security that the same subject has increased the importance of its regional security. There are two trends in the regional security of the Persian Gulf; Islamic Republic of Iran believes that regional countries in collaboration with one another and without the participation of other countries can create a regional security complex in the Persian Gulf; but the tendency of the Arabic countries, varies with the view of Islamic Republic of Iran. From the beginning of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, those countries with the formation of Persian Gulf Cooperation Council, and with the assistance of United States of America, without considering the importance and power of Iran sought to create a regional security complex. Creating a Phobia atmosphere by the United States of America against the Islamic Republic of Iran has caused the adoption of a confronting approach of that council against Iran during the last three decades and this matter affected national security of Iran. This study intends to explore the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council as a set of regional security complex and analyzes its Impact of on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
