بررسي رابطه بين مديريت دانش و هوش عاطفي كاركنان ادارات دولتي شهرستان جيرفت

Relationship between Knowledge Management and Emotional Intelligence (Case Study: Public offices in Jiroft)

در سال‌هاي اخير توجه به دانش يكي از موضوعات مطرح در سازمان‌ها بوده است و مديران سازمان‌ها دريافته‌‌اند كه براي ادامه حيات و توسعه سازمان بايد از اين منبع كليدي به درستي استفاده كنند و اينكه مديريت بر دانش منجر به موفقيت سازمان خواهد شد.از طرفي هوش عاطفي با تاكيد بر ويژگي‌هايي چون خودآگاهي, خودمديريتي, آگاهي‌هاي اجتماعي و مديريت روابط از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار شده و ابزاري نوين و شايسته در دست مديران براي هدايت افراد درون سازمان و تامين رضايت آنان است.با توجه به مواردي كه گفته شد يكي از سوالاتي كه در حوزه مديريت براي سازمان‌ها و پژوهشگران مطرح مي‌باشد رابطه بين مديريت دانش و هوش عاطفي است.هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، يافتن پاسخي براي اين پرسش است كه آيا بين مديريت دانش و هوش عاطفي رابطه وجود دار؟ جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش كاركنان ادارات دولتي شهرستان جيرفت است و حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه‌اي تصادفي متناسب با حجم جامعه و فرمول كوكران 280نفر از كارمندان انتخاب شد.به منظورجمع آوري داه‌ها از دو پرسشنامه از پيش ساخته شده مديريت دانش با روايي 93% و پايايي 92% و هوش عاطفي با روايي 94% پايايي 78% استفاده شده. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي از نظر روش، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بوده و از نظر نوع تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها در آن از روش آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي استفاده شده است.تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي جمع آوري شده با استفاده از آزمونهاي همبستگي اسپرمن و كندال از طريق نرم افزار آماريSSPS انجام شده است. يافته‌هاي حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد كه بين مديريت دانش و مولفه‌هايش با هوش عاطفي كاركنان رابطه افزايشي معني داري وجود دارد كه اين همبستگي بين تحصيل دانش و هوش عاطفي نسبت به همه قوي تر است.

Organization’s managers have found that to survive and develop organization should use accurately of this main source and managing on it would lead to success organization. Also emotional intelligence with emphasize of features such as self-consciousness ,self-managing ,social consciousness and management of relationships has particular importance that is new and proper device in the hand of managers to lead individuals inside of organization and provide their satisfaction. The present study was carried out to investigate relation between knowledge management and emotional intelligence of governmental office’s staff of Jiroft small province. Statistical society of this study included of 1035 people of the governmental office’s staff of this small province and selecting of sampling is 280 people from employee people in offices has done by use of random classified sampling method proportionate with social extent and Cocran formula3 .In order to gather data was used of prefabricated questionnaires of knowledge management reliability 93% and validity 92%. Analyzing of gathering data also in correlation test Spirman and Condal, box plot and variable spread and multiple log linear model by SPSS statistical software. Findings of this study on the basis of research’s hypotheses showed that there is relation between knowledge and staff’s emotional intelligence.
