بازسازي ساختار ميان‌رشته‌اي‌ها در آموزش عالي (با تاكيد بر شاخص ها)

Restructuring Interdisciplinaries in Higher Education

ميان‌رشته‌اي‌هاي دانشگاهي استانداردهاي تعالي خاص خود را مي‌طلبند. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحي مدل مفهومي و تدوين شاخص‌هاي ساختاري آن در دانشگاه بوده و در آن از روش توصيفي – تحليلي استفاده شده است . به اين منظور ابتدا ابعاد مفهومي ساختار ميان‌رشته‌اي شناسايي شده و بر مباني آن عوامل، ملاك‌ها و شاخص‌هاي مناسبي طراحي و تدوين شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل اسناد و مدارك موجود در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي قابل دسترس محقق در خصوص موضوع پژوهش بوده و نمونه آماري با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند مشخص شده است. نتايج تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه براي ايجاد ساختار ميان‌رشته‌اي دانشگاهي بايد به پنج بعد مفهومي شامل: فلسفه‌ي ميان‌رشته‌اي، شرايط و موقعيت‌ها، گزينش، توازن و مشاركت جمعي و همچنين پنج عامل اصلي راهبردهاي ايجاد ساختار ميان‌رشته‌اي شامل: خط مشي‌ها، مديريت و ساختار سازماني، حمايت زير ساختي، رهبري، حمايت و سرپرستي، تامين بودجه، رسميت توجه كرد. بر اين اساس در اين تحقيق براي ايجاد ساختار ميان‌رشته‌اي عامل‌ها، ملاك‌ها و شاخص‌هاي ويژه‌اي شناسايي و طراحي شده است.

Academic interdisciplinaries demand their own specific standards of excellence. This study attempts to design a conceptual model and to edit its structural indices in university and descriptive-analytic method is used in it. For this reason, at first conceptual dimensions of the structure have been identified and appropriate indices and criteria have been designed and edited on the basis of those factors. The population survey includes documents and reports exist in information databases that are accessible to the researcher with regard to the research topic, and sampling has been characterized by the use of purposeful sampling. Results of the study reveals that in order to develop an academic interdisciplinary structure one has to pay attention to the five conceptual dimensions Including interdisciplinary philosophy, conditions and situations, selection, balance and mass participation, as well as five main factors in strategies for making interdisciplinary structure which includes: policies, management and organizational structure, infrastructure support, leadership, support and supervision, funding, the officialism. So in this research to create an interdisciplinary structure, factors, specific criteria and indicators were identified and designed.
