بررسي ميزان ماندگاري اعضا در بسيج و شناسايي رابطه آن با نوع داوطلبي (خودخواهانه و دگرخواهانه)

A Study of the Extent to Which the Members of Basij are Willing to Stay, and a Survey into Its Relationship with the Type of Volunteering (Selfish and Altruistic)

تحقيق حاضر بر روي 1857 عضو بسيجي از هشت استان كشور و در قشر‌هاي مختلف اجرا شد. روش نمونه‌گيري از نوع خوشه‌اي- چند مرحله‌اي و تصادفي منظّم بود. در اين پژوهش توصيفي، براي بررسي متغيّرهاي مورد نظر، پرسشنامه‌اي بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده از مصاحبه با افراد باتجربه و خبره و با مطالعه منابع و متون موجود تنظيم شد و مورد بررسي مقدماتي(پايلوت) قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه ضريب همساني دروني ابزار برابر با 739/0 است. داده‌هاي به دست آمده با روشهاي آماري مختلفي چون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون، گام به گام مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه ميزان ماندگاري و تداوم عضويت در افراد مورد بررسي، بالاست. براي بررسي عوامل مرتبط با ماندگاري اعضا و تداوم عضويت، از تحليل رگرسيون استفاده شد. متغيّرهاي مختلفي در اين تحليل وارد شدند كه از آن ميان مي‌توان به جنس، سن، ميزان تحصيلات، شغل، سابقه عضويت در بسيج و رده سازماني در بسيج اشاره كرد. نتايج تحليل نشان داد كه رابطه نوع داوطلبي، رده سازماني در بسيج و سابقه عضويت در بسيج با نمره به دست آمده در زمينه نگرش نسبت به ماندگاري اعضا، مثبت و معني‌دار است؛ خواهران بسيجي، عضويت متدوام‌تري نسبت به برادران دارند. ساير نتايج و استنباط‌هاي كاربردي در مقاله آمده است.

The present article was carried out involving 1857 Basiji members from different classes from 8 provinces. The sampling method was multiple-stage cluster sample and regular random. In this descriptive research, a questionnaire was drawn up- to examine the variables under study- on the basis of the intended results of interviews with experienced people as well as by studying the existing sources and texts, which underwent a preliminary examination. The results showed the Toolʹs internal consistency equals 739/0. The data achieved were analyzed through different statistical methods such as Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Regression Analysis. The results showed that the extent to which the Basij members are willing to continue their membership is high. Regression analysis was used in studying the factors related to the members’ willingness to continue their membership. Various variables were involved in this analysis, among which gender, age, education, occupation, membership record in Basij and the organizational level can be cited. The results showed that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between the type of volunteering, the organizational level in Basij, and the membership record with the score given to the way members are willing to stay. The Basiji Sisters (Khaharan) have a more stable membership than the Basiji Brothers (Baradaran) and... . Other applied inferences and results are mentioned in the article.
