Genealogy of the Soft Economical Threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran

ضرورتهاي ناشي از توسعه، امكان فعّال‌سازي تهديدهاي نرم را فراهم كرده است. در سوال اصلي اين تحقيق، چيستي تهديدهاي نرم اقتصادي و در سوالات فرعي؛ چگونگي، زمينه‌ها، ابزارها و اهداف تهديدهاي مذكور مورد پرسش قرار گرفته و پس از مرور ادبيات، چارچوب مفهومي تحقيق با محوريت عناصر سه‌گانه دولت، مردم و نخبگان، جمع‌بندي شده است. در اين مقاله، تحليل محتواي بيانات حضرت امام(ره)و مقام معظم رهبري(دام عزّه) به عنوان روش‌شناسي خاص تهديدهاي نرم اقتصادي عليه ج.ا.ايران انتخاب شده است. نتايج نشانه‌شناسي تهديدهاي نرم اقتصادي در قالب مفاهيم نه‌گانه، شامل الگوي توسعه و رفتار كارگزاران، الگوي مصرف و باورها و ارزشها، خودباوري و نوآوري، مفهوم انسجام ملي، مفهوم اعتماد ملي (در حوزه رابطه دولت و مردم) و بالاخره، مفهوم هويت ملي، به عنوان زمينه‌هاي تهديدهاي نرم اقتصادي مشخص شده است. بر اساس اين نتايج، الگوي توسعه، بيشترين زمينه را براي شكل‌گيري تهديدهاي نرم اقتصادي دارد. در نتيجه‌گيري، پاسخ سوالات تحقيق شامل زمينه‌ها، ابزارها و اهداف تهديدهاي نرم اقتصادي در قالب مفاهيم نه‌گانه ارايه شده و در نهايت، مدل مفهومي تهديدهاي نرم اقتصادي عليه ج.ا.ايران ارايه شده است.

The necessities originating from development, has made it possible for the soft threats to be activated. The central question posed in this research addresses the whatness of the soft economic, with the subordinate ones questioning the nature, backgrounds, instruments, and the objectives of the above mentioned threats. And after a revision of the related literature, this study has constructed its conceptual framework on the trifold components of state, people, and the elite. In this article, the analysis of Imam Khomeiniʹs and the Supreme Leaderʹs statements have been chosen as a specific methodology for studying the soft economic threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The results of the semiology of the soft economic threats in the form of the ninefold concepts of The development pattern and the office-holdersʹ behavior, the consumption pattern, the beliefs and values, self belief and innovation, the concept of national cohesion, the concept of national confidence (in the relationship between people and the state), and finally the concept of national identity, have been identified as backgrounds for the soft economic threats. On the basis of these results, the pattern of development provides the most background for the soft economic threats to be shaped. In the conclusion section, answers have been given to questions involving the backgrounds, the ends and means of the soft economic threats within the nine concepts above, and ultimately the conceptual model of the soft economic threats against Islamic Republic of Iran have been presented.
