Environment and Sustainable Strategies in Design of Future Buildings

توليد مصالح و احداث ساختمان در سال هاي اخير، انرژي بسيار زيادي را به خود اختصاص داده و به آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي فراواني نيز منجر شده است. انتشار گرد و غبار ناشي از عمليات ساختماني در مناطق مختلف، پخش آلودگي هاي شيميايي ناشي از توليد مصالح ساختماني، آلودگي هاي گازي و ذرات معلق پخش شده در هوا كه ناشي از حمل و نقل مصالح ساختماني به محل هاي مورد نظر است و نيز توليد زباله هاي ساختماني از جمله موارد عمده آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي تحت تاثير صنعت ساختمان مي باشد. لذا ضروري است تا راهبردهاي طراحي در ساختمان هاي جديد، به سوي آينده و با هدف كاهش آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي جهت گيري شود. در اين تحقيق ابتدا با روش مطالعات تطبيقي به بررسي اقدامات صورت گرفته برروي نمونه هاي موردي در دوره هاي زماني مشخص و نيز اثرات آنها بر اكوسيستم هاي طبيعي پرداخته شد. سپس تبيين تدابير پايدار به كار گرفته شده از سوي معماران در طراحي اين ساختمان ها، در دستور كار قرار گرفت. در ادامه با روشي تحليلي- منطقي به ارايه نتايج اقدام گرديده است. شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات نيز به روش كتابخانه اي و مطالعه اسنادي بوده است. بدين ترتيب در اين مقاله، تاثيرات نمونه هاي موردي ارزيابي شده بر روي محيط زيست مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد و بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، به مقوله معيارهاي طراحي براي ساختارهاي آينده و تدابير قابل اتخاذ آن پرداخته مي شود. در نهايت نيز پيشنهادهايي اجرايي در خصوص طراحي ساختمان هاي آينده به منظور كاهش آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي در راستاي اهداف توسعه پايدار ارايه مي گردد.

Introduction Production of materials and the building processes monopolize a lot of energy and cause a lot of pollutions for the environment. Emissions of dust due to the building operations in different areas, emission of chemical pollutions due to the production of building materials, fumes & airborne contaminations produced by transportations & transship systems that took building materials to the supposed places, and building rubbles are all some illusions of environmental pollutions due to the building industries on the earth. So it is necessary that the design strategies in new buildings, head to the future with the aim of reducing environmental pollutions. Research Method This paper with utilizing a comparative method aims to illustrate the tactics of architects and environmentalists in relation to the building industries and to consider the effects on natural ecosystems by evaluating some case studies in the world and some scientific researches in definite terms. Gathering the information was done in a deskwork process with a documentary method. Results The obligation in this article is considering the futuristic structure designs based on sustainable development purposes in relation to the environment. Finally it is going to propose some easy tactics in design of future buildings with the purpose of reducing environmental pollutions.
