بررسي رابطه بين سبك رهبري مربيان با رضايت بازيكنان مطالعه موردي: تيم‌هاي شركت كننده در يازدهمين المپياد ورزشي پسر دانشجويان كشور

Relationship between Leadership Style of Coaches with Satisfaction of Players, Case Study: 11 Sport Olympiad of Iran Universities

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه بين سبك رهبري مربيان با رضايت بازيكنان تيم‌هاي شركت كننده در يازدهمين المپياد ورزشي دانشجويان كشور بود. تحقيق حاضر توصيفي، تعداد جامعه آماري 288 نفر ورزشكار بودند كه با توجه به فرمول نمونه گيري كوكران 165 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقيق شامل پرسشنامه مقياس رهبري در ورزش (چلادوراي، 1980) و پرسشنامه رضايت بازيكنان از مربي (چلادوري و ريمر، 1998) بود. ضريب پايايي از روش آلفاي كرونباخ پرسشنامه تعيين سبك رهبري 86/0 ? =و پرسشنامه رضايت 7/0?= به دست آمد. در تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها در آمار توصيفي از ميانگين و انحراف معيار و در آمار استنباطي از آزمون فريدمن و تحليل عاملي تاييدي سطح اول استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين سبك رهبري مربيان و رضايت بازيكنان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. با توجه تاثير گذاري سبك رهبري بر رضايت بازيكنان، مربيان ورزشي بايد به سبك رهبري خود توجه ويژه اي داشته باشند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate of relationship between leadership style of coaches with satisfaction of players in Eleventh sport Olympiad of Iran Universities. The present study was a descriptive research; statistical population of this investigation were 288 athletes that selected on the base of Cochran formula for sampling. Research tools were included the leadership style questionnaire (Chelladurai, 1980) and playerʹs satisfaction questionnaire (Chelladurai & Riemer, 1988). By used Cronbach’s alpha test the internal reliability of the leadership style and players satisfaction questionnaires were found to be 0.79 and 0.81, respectively. For data analyzing used of descriptive statistical such as mean, standard deviation and for inferential statistical was used of Friedman and First - Confirmatory factor analyze. The results show that in this study there is significant relationship between leadership styles of coaches with satisfaction of players. According to the influence of leadership style on satisfaction of the players, coaches should be have special attention her or his leadership style.
