بررسي رابطه عوامل مرتبط با انسجام روابط بين اعضاي شركت هاي تعاوني و نقش اين عوامل در عملكرد اعضاي شركت هاي تعاوني

The examination of the factors related to the coherence of the relations among the members of cooperative companies and the effect of thesefactors on their function in Ardabil

اين پژوهش به منظور بررسي عوامل مرتبط با انسجام روابط بين اعضاي شركت هاي تعاوني و تاثير آن در عملكرد آن ها در شهر اردبيل انجام شده است. روش تحقيق پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را اعضاي تعاوني هاي شهر اردبيل كه بنا بر آمار 56275 نفر بودند كه (52705 نفر مرد و 3414 نفر زن) تشكيل مي داند. از اين تعداد 380 نفر به طور تصادفي با استفاده از نمونه گيري خوشه اي و با استفاده از جدول "كرجسي مورگان" انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نياز ازطريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته براي داده-هاي كمي و از طريق بحث گروهي متمركز براي داده هاي كيفي جمع آوري شد، روايي صوري پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان ومحققان مورد تاييد و ضريب پايايي آن با استفاده ازآلفاي كرونباخ 93/0 درصد بدست آ مد. داده ها با استفاده از روش بحث گروهي براي روش كيفي و روش هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي (t تك نمونه اي، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل مسير) تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج بدست آمده از بحث گروهي نشان داد كه اعضاي شركت هاي تعاوني بايد قبل از تاسيس شركت آموزش ديده و با علاقه و تخصص مربوطه در شركت مشغول شود و تمامي اعضا با هم در كارها و تصميمات هماهنگ باشند تا به هدف معين برسندكه از دلايل انسجام مي باشد. نتايج بدست آمده از آزمون t نشان داد كه عملكرد اعضا تعاوني ها در وضعيت بهتري مي باشد. نتايج ضريب همبستگي پيرسون نشان داد بين عوامل مرتبط در انسجام روابط بين اعضا ي شركت هاي تعاوني وعملكرد آن ها ارتباط مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد و هم-چنين نتايج تحليل مسير نشان داد كه از بين عوامل موثر در عملكرد اعضا مولفه هاي عضويت گروهي، اعتماد و انسجام روابط تاثير مستقيمي در عملكرداعضا دارد.

This research has been done to examine the factors related to the coherence of the relations among the members of cooperative companies and the effect of these factors on their function in Ardabil. The method of research was survey. The statistical population of the research consisted of the members of the companies of Ardabil that were 56275 (52705 were male and 3414 were female). 380 people were selected by the use of cluster sampling and Korjesy Morganʹs table. Required data were collected through the researcher-made questionnaire for quantitative data and the intensive group discussion for qualitative data. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and researchers and its consistency coefficient (0.93) was obtained with Cronbach.The data were analyzed by the use of group discussion method for qualitative method and inferential and descriptive statistical methods(sample t-test, Pearsonʹs correlation coefficient and approach analysis).The results obtained from the group discussion indicated that the members of cooperative companies should be trained before establishing the companies and be employed in it with the related interest and expertise and all members should have agreement in their decisions and affairs to achieve a certain goal. The results obtained from t-test showed that the function of the members of companies is in better conditions. The results of Pearsonʹs correlation coefficient indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the factors related to the coherence of the relations among the members of cooperative companies and their function. Also, the results of approach analysis showed that among the factors affecting the function of the members, group membership, confidence and the coherence of relations have a direct effect on the function of members.
