بررسي قابليت هاي دوركاري در ترويج و توسعه روستايي با استفاده از الگوي تحليل سوات

Investigation of Teleworking Potentials for Extension and Rural Development Based on SWOT Analysis

هدف كلي پژوهش كيفي حاضر بررسي قابليت هاي دوركاري در ترويج و توسعه روستايي با استفاده از الگوي تحليل سوات (SWOT) است. جامعه آماري تحقيق كه در سال 1389 انجام گرفت، شامل متخصصان ترويج و توسعه روستايي ايران است كه با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند از طريق شيوه گلوله برفي انتخاب مي شوند. نتايج تحليل سوات نشان مي دهد كه ميزان محدوديت‌ها (نقاط ضعف و تهديدها) با امتياز 51/105 در سطح بالاتري نسبت به ميزان مزيت‌ها (نقاط قوت و فرصت‌ها) با امتياز 59/99 است. اگرچه نياز به برنامه‌ريزي دقيق و سنگين مهم ترين تهديد مشخص شده است، اما به‌دليل ماهيت وگستره فعاليت‌هاي توسعه و ترويج روستايي، مولفه صرفه‌جويي در وقت افراد بر اثر كاهش رفت وآمد‌هاي اداري و شخصي مهم ترين نقطه قوت كاربرد دوركاري در اين زمينه شناخته مي شود.

This study aims generally at investigating the teleworking potentials for extension and rural development of Iran based on SWOT analysis. Statistical society of the research conducted in 2010 includes the concerned experts of the country, selected in proposed sampling method through snowball technique. SWOT analysis results indicate that the limitations (weaknesses and threats) with 105.51 scores are higher than advantages (strengths and opportunities) with 99.59. Although the need for precise and rigorous planning are found as the most important threat specified, given the nature and expansion of rural development and extension activities, the component of time-saving for the people’s less personal and official trips is recognized as the most significant strength of the teleworking application in this respect.
