تحليل‌ نگرشي آثار و پيامدهاي گسترش ويلاسازي در روستاهاي دهستان تاررود شهرستان دماوند

Analysis of Attitudes towards Effects and Implications of Expanded Villa Building in Villages of Tarroud Subdistrict in Damavand County of Iran

در دو دهه اخير، روستاهاي خوش آب و هوا با موج گسترده گردشگري روستايي مواجه شده و شاهد پديده ويلاسازي است. توسعه اين نوع گردشگري روستايي و به تبع آن، تملك باغ و زمين و ساخت ويلا (خانه دوم) در روستاها آثار و پيامدهاي متعدد را بر جاي مي‌گذارد. تحليل نگرش صاحبان ويلا و جامعه ميزبان نسبت به آثار اين پديده بسيار اهميت دارد. مقاله حاضر، كه با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي انجام پذيرفته، به بررسي تفاوت نگرش صاحبان ويلا و جامعه ميزبان (روستاييان) در زمينه آثار و پيامدهاي گسترش ويلاسازي در روستاهاي دهستان تاررود بخش مركزي شهرستان دماوند بپردازد. اطلاعات لازم با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه خانوار ساكن يا جامعه ميزبان و صاحبان ويلا به دست مي آيد. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه نگرش دو گروه نمونه در زمينه آثار و پيامدهاي زيست محيطي گسترش ويلاسازي در روستاها يكسان اما در زمينه آثار و پيامدهاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي آن متفاوت است.

Over recent couple of decades, villages of well-climatic condition have experienced expanding rush of rural tourism, witnessing the villa-building phenomenon. Development of such rural tourism and as a result, ownership of gardens and lands and so construction of villa (second home) in rural areas cause many effects and implications; analyzing the attitudes of villa owners and host community towards the effects of such a phenomenon is then of high importance. This study, conducted in a descriptive-analytical method, reviews the difference between the attitudes of villa owners and host communities (rural people) in respect to the effects and implications of espanding the villa-building in the villages of Tarroud District of central district of Damavand county. Required data are gathered through two questionnaires of residfent households or host community (128 copies) and villa ownerd (104 copies). The results show that the attitudes of two sample groups toward the environmental effects and implications of expanding the villa-building in the villages are the same but toward the economic and social ones are different.
