مديريت واحدهاي جرم يابي را بايد يكي از حوزه هاي بسيار مهم و در عين حال مغفول علوم جرم يابي دانست. نبود يك مديريت اثربخش موجب پايين آمدن كيفيت ادله فيزيكي، به تاخير افتادن فرايند بررسي هاي كارشناسي، به بن بست رسيدن برخي از پرونده هاي كيفري و نيز سرخوردگي كاركنان و از بين رفتن انگيزه كاري آنان خواهد شد. مديريت اثربخش و كارآمد يك واحد جرم يابي نيازمند برخورداري از دانش و دركي عميق نسبت به نقش آزمايش هاي علمي در فرايند كشف حقايق جنايي است. مديران جرم يابي بايد نسبت به تعهدات خود در برابر كنشگران اين عرصه اعم از كاركنان و متخصصان، مديران مافوق، پليس، دادستان، قاضي، بزه ديده، متهم و مردم وفادار باشند. آنها ضمن در نظر گرفتن تعهدات اخلاقي خود بايد ميان انتظارهاي متفاوت كنشگران اين حوزه و محدوديت هاي موجود در منابع و امكانات تعادل و توازن برقرار كنند. در اين مقاله سعي شده است با بررسي جنبه هاي اصلي مديريت امور جرم يابي، راهكارهايي براي ارتقاي كيفيت تحليل هاي جرم يابي و جايگاه ادله علمي در نظام ادله اثبات دعوي ارايه شود.

Management for detection of crime units must be account as one of the important areas and as well as ignored areas of crime sciences. Lack of an effective management results in decreasing the quality of physical evidence, delaying in expert review process, reaching to a deadlock of some criminal cases and the frustration and losing of motivation of personal. Effective and efficient management of detection of crime unit need to have knowledge and deep understanding about the role of science tests in the process of criminal facts discovery. Managers of the criminal detector should be loyal respect to obligations of the actors in the field of including personnel and specialists, senior managers, police, prosecutors, judges, crime and the people. Also they should consider their ethical obligations and balances between the expectations of different actors in this area and restrictions in resources. The aim of this paper is examination of key aspects for management of detection of crime and finding ways to improve the quality of detection of crime analysis’s and finding places of scientific evidence presented in the evidence system in order to prove claims.
