جرايم اقتصادي به جهت تبعات سو گسترده اي كه در پي دارند از جمله مهمترين ناهنجاري هاي اجتماعي به شمار مي‌روند. با وجود اين و عليرغم فرمان هشت ماده اي مقام معظم رهبري به سران سه قوه و تاكيد ايشان بر لزوم مبارزه قاطع و دقيق با مجرمان اقتصادي بويژه در سطح كلان، تاكنون اقدامات اجرايي مناسبي جهت مبارزه با جرايم اقتصادي صورت نپذيرفته است. از جمله مهمترين دلايل عدم مبارزه قاطع با جرايم اقتصادي تشتت موجود در بين متوليان تحقيقات مقدماتي جرايم اقتصادي و فقدان يك مركزيت توانمند، قانوني و متمكن است. لذا با توجه به توان بالقوه لازم در ناجا به نظر مي رسد اين نيرو قابليت تشكيل چنين مركزيتي را در قالب پليس مبارزه با جرايم قتصادي دارد. بدين منظور مقاله حاضر كه بر گرفته از پايان نامه مقطع كارشناسي ارشد با همين عنوان است، با هدف بيان وضعيت فعلي مبارزه با جرايم اقتصادي و تاثيرات تشكيل پليس مبارزه با جرايم اقتصادي بر فرايند مبارزه با جرايم اقتصادي، نگاشته شده است. در تدوين ادبيات موضوع و مباني نظري تحقيق، جمع آوري اطلاعات به صورت كتابخانه اي بوده و به منظور آزمون فرضيات با استفاده از پرسشنامه از جامعه آماري (اهل خبره) نظر سنجي شده است. سپس داده هاي خام با استفاده از نرم افزار spss تجزيه و تحليل و براي بررسي آماري داده هاي حاصل از پژوهش، از روش آمار توصيفي استفاده شد كه در نهايت فرضيات تحقيق مورد تاييد قرار گرفته و مشخص شد كه تشكيل پليس مبارزه با جرايم اقتصادي بر هر دو بعد مورد نظر فرايند مبارزه با جرايم اقتصادي يعني تحقيقات مقدماتي و پيشگيري تاثير مثبتي دارد.

For developing of literature and research theoretical grounds, the collection of information is in the form of library and in order to test of hypotheses using surveys of the statistical population (from experts) have been surveyed. Then statistical analysis of raw data was done using SPSS software and in other to study of statistical data, descriptive statistics method was used. Finally, the hypothesis was confirmed and determined that Police formation with economic crime have a positive impact on both the process of combating with economic crimes, namely preliminary inquiry and prevent
