طرح استفاده از نرم‌افزارهاي مهندسي در توسعه و تكميل دوره‌ي آموزشي دروس ماشين‌هاي الكتريكي و طراحي مدارفرمان

A Proposal for Using Engineering Software in Developing and Completion of Electrical Machines and Command Circuit Courses

در دسترس بودن كامپيوتر و بسته‌هاي نرم‌افزاري، استفاده ا ز اين ابزار كمك آموزشي را در آموزش ضرورت بخشيده است. با توجه به اين كه محيط آزمايشگاه يا كارگاه دچار محدوديت‌هاي خاصي در اجراي آزمايش‌هاي مختلف است، اغلب براي دانشجويان ارتباط محيط آزمايشگاه و كلاس درس سخت است، حتي اگر مباحث درسي كل آزمايشگاه را پوشش دهد. بنابراين در اين مقاله پيشنهاد مي‌شود قبل از اين كه دانشجو واحد درسي آزمايشگاه يا كارگاه دروس مورد نظر را انتخاب كند، استفاده از نرم‌افزار MATLAB/simulink در ماشين‌هاي الكتريكي و نرم‌افزار ESS در كارگاه مدار فرمان را در غالب يك واحد درس شبيه‌سازي بگذراند. اين مقاله در درس شبيه‌سازي ماشين‌هاي الكتريكي چگونگي به‌دست آوردن پارامترهاي مدار معادل موتور القايي سه فاز را با اجراي سه آزمايش DC، بي‌باري و روتور قفل شده در محيط MATLAB/simulink شرح مي‌دهد و در درس شبيه‌سازي طراحي مدار فرمان، كنترل يك موتور القايي سه فاز از موقعيت‌هاي مختلف را با طراحي يك مدار فرمان ساده در نرم‌افزار ESS بيان مي‌كند. استفاده از اين نرم‌افزارهاي مهندسي، علاوه بر دانشجو به مدرس امكان مي‌دهد مفاهيم تيوري را با اجراي آزمايش‌هاي مختلف در محيط نرم‌افزاري به طور ملموس‌تر به دانشجو انتقال دهد.

Availability of computers and software packages has made them necessary tools to help learning process in higher education. In different experiments, due to the laboratory or workshop environments with certain limitations, it is often difficult for the students to relate between the laboratory and classroom, even if the whole laboratory course will be covered. Therefore, this paper suggests that before students’ selection of courses in laboratories or workshops, it’s best to make them take a course in using the software MATLAB/simulink in the electrical machines and ESS (Electromechanical systems simulator) in the form of a simulation course in the command circuit workshop. Regarding the course “simulation of electric machines” this article describes three-phase induction motor equivalent circuit parameters by performing three tests DC, no-load and locked rotor in MATLAB/simulink simulation. Also in the course” command circuit design simulation” it compares the control of a three-phase induction motor control circuit in different positions with a simple design in ESS software. Using this engineering software allows the students, as well as the instructor, to transfer the theoretical concepts in a more tangible form by implementing various experiments in software environments.
