نهضتهاي بسيجي و بسيج نهضتها با تاكيد بر فرهنگ استراتژيك حضرت امام خميني(ره)

The Basiji Movements and the Basij of Movements (With Emphasis on Imam Khomeini’s Strategic Culture)

موضوع حركتهاي مردمي در سطح جوامع و جهان همواره يكي از دل‌مشغولي‌هاي انديشه‌ورزان حوزه‌هاي سياسي و استراتژيك بوده است. حركتهاي آزاديبخش چه در سطح حركتهاي انقلابي و چه در سطح حركتهاي مدني توانسته است سرنوشت بسياري از نظامها را دستخوش تحوّل سازد. انقلاب اسلامي در ايران نيز با ظهور خود، نگاه نويني را بر اين نوع از حركتها ارايه كرد. امام خميني(ره) با ايجاد و ارايه فرهنگ بديع مبتني بر اسلام رويكرد نويني را به وجود آورد كه ماهيتاً از فرهنگ ديني و انساني ايشان سرچشمه مي‌گرفت. پس از صدور فرمان بسيج و شكل‌گيري اين نهاد بزرگ مردمي، شاهد تحوّلي نوين در كشور بوديم كه حفظ دستاوردهاي انقلاب و گسترش فرهنگ استراتژيك امام(ره) را تضمين مي‌كرد. بر اين اساس، حركت انقلاب بر مبناي فرهنگ استراتژيك امام(ره) درچارچوب نهضت بسيج تكوين يافت. در اين نوشتار برآنيم تا با ماهيت‌شناسي اين پديده، به تحليل پديدارشناسي آن به منظور ارايه چارچوب معرفت‌شناسانه از اين فرهنگ استراتژيك دست يازيم و امكان‌سنجي ايجاد حركتهاي مدني جهاني را بر اساس اين فرهنگ و در قالب بسيج نهضتها به تحليل و بررسي بگذاريم. در واقع؛ اين مقاله تلاشي براي بررسي و پاسخ به اين پرسش اساسي است كه چه عناصري فرهنگ استراتژيك امام(ره) را شكل داده‌اند و آيا بر اساس اين عناصر مي‌توان بسيج نهضتي را در ميان توده‌ها شكل داد و در موجي جهاني و مدني، نهضتهاي بسيجي را در بسيج نهضتي به منظور مبارزه با ظلم، آزادبخشي و عدالتخواهي سامان بخشيد.

The subject of public movements throughout the world and communities has increasingly been one of the preoccupations of the scholars of strategic and political studies. Liberation movements whether in the level of revolutionary movements or civil movements have managed to transform the destiny of many regimes. The Islamic Revolution of Iran too created a new way of looking to movements of this type. Imam Khomeini created a novel approach by creating a novel culture based on Islam, which originated from his own humanistic and religious culture. After the issuance of the order of Basij and the formation of this large public institution, we saw a novel development in the country, which was to guarantee the preservation of the achievements of the Revolution, and the development of Imam’s strategic culture. On this basis, the movement of the revolution on the basis of Imam’s strategic culture came into being. By understanding the nature of this phenomenon, this writing aims to make a phenomenological analysis of it in order to achieve an epistemological framework of this strategic culture, and to make the feasibility study of creating global civil movements on the basis of this culture, and in the form of the mobilization of movements open to analysis and study. In fact, this article tries to address and answer the major questions of what elements have given shape to Imam’s strategic culture, and whether a Basiji movement can be formed among the masses on this basis, or Basiji movements can be organized amidst a civil and global wave in order to struggle against tyranny, and advance liberation and justice.
