شناخت مولّفه‌هاي اتّحاد ملّي و رابطه آن با امنيت پايدار مردمي

Understanding the Parameters of National Unity and It’s Relationship with Public Sustainable Security

يكي از حياتي ترين اهداف و منافع هر كشوري، تامين و حفظ امنيت پايدار است كه تحقّق آن در گرو وجود اتّحاد و انسجام بين ملّت و دولت مي‌باشد. بنابراين، با شناخت مولّفه‌هاي اتّحاد ملّي، مولّفه‌هاي امنيت پايدار مردمي نيز شناسايي خواهند شد. اين مقاله پژوهشي با روش توصيفي و پيمايشي با فن كتابخانه‌اي و پرسشنامه بسته، اهداف اختصاصي زير را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است: 1. تبيين اتّحاد ملّي و امنيت پايدار مردمي؛ 2. شناخت مولّفه‌هاي اتّحاد ملّي؛ 3. بررسي رابطه اين مولّفه‌ها با امنيت پايدار مردمي. چارچوب نظري اين پژوهش بر اساس آيات قرآن كريم، فرمايشهاي حضرت علي(ع) نهج‌البلاغه و رهنمودهاي حضرت امام خميني (ره) و مقام معظّم رهبري به مناسبتهاي مختلف درباره وحدت ملّي و انسجام اسلامي و نظرات برخي از انديشمندان اسلامي ساخته شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين مولّفه‌هاي اتّحاد ملّي با امنيت پايدار مردمي، رابطه وجود دارد. پاسخگويان، اجراي عدالت را مهم‌ترين مولّفه اتّحاد و امنيت پايدار ذكر كرده‌اند.

One of the most critical objectives and interests of any country is to secure and retain sustainable security, the realization of which relies on unity and cohesion between people and government. Therefore, the parameters of public sustainable security will be recognized if the parameters of national unity are recognized. This research studies the following specific objectives by using survey and descriptive method and close-ended questionnaire and library technique: 1- explaining national unity and public sustainable security; 2-understanding the parameters of national unity; 3- studying the relationship of these parameters with public sustainable security. The theoretical framework of this research has been built upon the verses of the Holy Quran, Imam Ali’s sayings in the sermons 78, 29, and 192 of the Nahjol Balaghah, and the guidelines of Imam Khomeini and the present Supreme Leader on different occasions about national security and Islamic cohesion as well as the views held by a few of the Islamic thinkers. 130 people have been selected as a sample volume out of 1330 Basiji teachers (men and women) of the high school and pre-university centers of the city of Hamadan by simple random method and using Cochran formula(t=1/96 and s=0/32). Inferential and descriptive statistics have been used to analyze. Also, students’ ratings of the importance of variables have been used. The results of the research showed that there is the relation between the parameters of national unity and public sustainable security. The Cronbach alpha of all the factors that affect national security and unity is 81 percent, and the KMO of the factor analysis has a 71/5 percent sustainability. In factor analysis, 11 factors have been selected by SPSS which explain the most variance. The respondents have mentioned the carrying out of justice as the most important parameter of national security and unity.
