ارزيابي اثر اعتبارات شبكه بانكي بر رشد اقتصادي بخش‌هاي مختلف‌استان‌مازندران با استفاده از داده‌هاي تابلويي

The Evaluation of Banking Network Credit Effects on Economic Growth in Different Sectors of Mazandaran Province, Using Panel Data

يكي از رسالت‌هاي سيستم بانكي، اعطاي تسهيلات مالي به واحدهاي مختلف توليدي در سطح كشور مي‌باشد. در واقع بانك‌ها نقش كليدي و موثري در سيستم مالي و پولي ايفا مي‌كنند و با توجه به اينكه اعتبارات بانكي بخش عظيمي از تخصيص منابع مالي استان است، بنابراين استفاده صحيح از منابع مالي جهت رشد و توسعه اقتصادي، تبديل آنها به ارزش افزوده، رشد توليد و اشتغال اهميت زيادي دارد. هدف اصلي مقاله، ارزيابي اثر اعتبارات شبكه بانكي بر رشد اقتصادي بخش‌هاي مختلف استان مازندران از جمله بخش‌هاي صنعت و معدن، كشاورزي و خدمات مي‌باشد. ضرايب مدل از طريق روش اقتصادسنجي داده‌هاي تابلويي (Panel Data) برآورد و نتايج حاصله تجزيه و تحليل گرديده است. جامعه آماري اين مقاله بر اساس بخش‌هاي مختلف استان مازندران طي سال‌هاي مورد بررسي (1388-1379) است. نتايج حاصل از تخمين الگوي مورد بحث، بيانگر تاثير مثبت و معني‌دار اعتبارات اعطايي شبكه بانكي بر رشد اقتصادي بخش‌هاي مختلف استان است و مطابق با انتظارات تيوريك مي‌باشد و مي‌تواند نقش مهمي در رشد اشتغال و ارزش افزوده استان داشته باشد.

One of the major roles of banking system is allocating financial facilitiesto different production sector across the country. In fact, banks play a crucial role in monetary and financial system. Since bank credits are a great portion of financial allocation resource of the province, soit really works attention to use financial resources properly in order to achieve economicgrowth followed by valued-added and the growth of production and employment. It is the primary goal of this article to evaluateeffects of the network ofbanking credit on economical growth in different sectors of Mazandaran, including: industry and mining sector, agriculture, and services.Coefficients of model are estimated through Panel Data Econometrics Method and the results have been examined and analyzed. The statistical population of this article is based on different sectors of Mazandaran province during the years of 2000 –2009.The results of survey demonstrate the great impact of the credits allocated for economical growth in different sectors of province. These were compatible with our expectations from theories in mind and play important role in growth of employmentand value-added of the province.
