بررسي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر اثربخشي طرح پاركبان (مورد مطالعه: شهر آمل)

Investigation of the Influential Factors on the Effectiveness of the Plan of to use Traffic Wardens (A Case Study of Amol City)

هدف اصلي تحقيق، بررسي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر اثربخشي طرح پاركبان در شهر آمل ميباشد. اين پژوهش از نظر روش توصيفي- تحليلي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل 1660 نفراز رانندگاني كه از طرح پاركبان استفاده مي‌كنند، ميباشند. حجم نمونه از طريق فرمول كوكران، 212 نفر تعيين شد. نمونهها از طريق نمونهگيري تصادفي طبقهاي انتخاب شدند. مقدار آلفاي كرونباخ 79/0به‌دست آمد كه نشان‌دهنده قابل اعتماد بودن پرسش‌نامه است. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه بين عوامل آموزشي، عوامل اجرايي، عوامل نظارتي، علايم و تسهيلات ترافيكي، رضايت‌مندي از اجراي طرح، ميزان دسترسي به پاركينگ، مسافت پياده‌روي قابل قبول در منطقه، متوسط هزينه پارك رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج ديگر نشان داد كه سطح تحصيلات رانندگان، هدف از سفر، نوع كاربري منطقه، نوع منطقه، متوسط زمان پارك، ظرفيت معابر بر اثربخشي طرح پاركبان اثر دارد.

The overall aim of this study was the Investigation of influential factors on the effectiveness of the plan to use Traffic Wardens in Amol city. The statistical population included 1660 drivers who were selected from the plan of Traffic Wardens. The sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula 212 and samples were selected through a stratified random sampling technique. In order to investigate the reliability of the research questionnaire, 25 drivers in Babol were randomly selected and they completed the questionnaire alongside this, the research methodology applied in this study was a combination of descriptive-analytical and quantitative methods and to run the appropriate analyses, SPSS 15 software was employed. Also Cronbach’s alpha was 0/79 respectively. The results of the vicariate correlation test showed that there was a significant correlation between variables such as, training factors, regulatory factors, sings and facilities traffic, satisfaction with the plan, access to parking, reasonable walking distance of the area and the average cost of parking. The result of the Mann- Whitney and Kruskal - Wallis test indicated that drivers’ education, purpose of travel, account type, area type, the average time of parking, and potential pathways, are contributory factors to the effectiveness of the Traffic Warden plan. Also, the result of the regression indicated that the independent variable which has a significant relation to the effectiveness of the plan of Traffic Warden, was in general 88/5 percent of the dependent variance as explained.
