Survey of Sustainable Developement Criterias Case study: Tabriz Bazaar

موضوع توسعه پايدار چند دهه‌اي است كه در سال‌هاي در حوزه معماري و شهرسازي توسط محققان مختلف در سراسر دنيا به بيان گرديده است. امروزه با مطالعه بعضي از فضاهاي سنتي، به اثبات رسيده كه بسياري از آنها با توجه به ملاحظات زيست محيطي و توسعه پايدار احداث شده‌‌اند. از آنجايي كه اين امر مي‌تواند آلودگي‌هاي ناشي از مصرف سوختهاي فسيلي را تقليل دهد؛ لذا در اين مقاله ابتدا به بررسي شاخص‌هاي پايداري و سپس مقايسه تطبيقي آنها با ويژگي‌هاي كالبدي بازار تبريز پرداخته خواهد شد. در مقاله مذبور بر اساس مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني به بررسي مطالب پرداخته شده است. نتيجه اين مطالعات نشان مي‌دهد كه راهكارهاي مطلوبي در كاهش مصرف انرژي‌هاي فسيلي و در نتيجه كاهش آلودگي و گرمايش منطقه‌اي و جهاني مي‌توان ارايه داد كه نقش چشمگيري در مسايل ياد شده و بحث توسعه پايدار ايفا نمايد.

Topic of sustainable development is a multi-decade career in the sciences with various proposed, and in recent years numerous statements and articles in Architecture and Urban Studies is researched by various researchers around the world about the environmental crisis and uncontrolled consumption of fossil energy in the world. Today, the study of some past constructions has been proved that many of them are regarded to environmental considerations and sustainable development. In The other hand, considering the extent of cold and dry climate in our country, and according to the design of traditional buildings and commercial spaces anatomy can approach them effectively in sustainable development, and it can be caused by contamination to reduce consumption of fossil fuels. Therefore, this paper is a study of stability indices in Tabriz bazaar physical properties. The article is based on field studies that in library materials have been investigated. as a result, the paper indicate that good solutions to reduce fossil energy consumption, and thus, reduce pollution and global warming can be regional and that have a significant role in providing the issues and discuss sustainable development.
