استقامت در سيره پيامبر اعظم (ص)

Perseverance in the Holy Prophetʹʹs Sira or Life

استقامت در سيره پيامبر اعظم(ص) در عرصه‌ها و حوزه‌هاي مختلف، ظهور و بروز و نمود مي‌يابد. از يك سو در تبليغ دين اسلام به قدري نمود دارد كه خداوند در آيات شريفه قرآن كريم آن حضرت را مورد خطاب قرار داده است (سوره كهف، آيه 6). از سوي ديگر، آن حضرت در مقابل فشارهاي شديد اقتصادي در شعب ابي طالب، دشمنان را وادار به عقب نشيني كرده و صفحات زيبايي را در تاريخ استقامت رقم زده است. در حوزه نظامي علي رغم تمام كمبود امكانات، تاريخ شاهد غزوات بسياري از پيامبر اعظم(ص) بوده كه در سايه صبر و استقامت و توكل به خداوند انجام شده است و در حوزه سياسي، استقامت آن حضرت(ص) در قبال تهديدهاي منافقان و مخالفان، بسيار درخور توجه است.

Perseverance literally means "to abide by strictly", but in technical terminology it means steady effort in doing things, which extends to many stages of the holy Prophetʹs Sira (or life), manifesting itself in miscellaneous fields. In one case, the Prophetʹs perseverance manifests itself in propagandizing of Islam, in such a way that he is addressed in many verses of the Holy Koran (the Sura of Kahf (The Cave), the Verse 6). In another case, one can see itʹs manifestation in the case where the holy Prophet stood up to the severe economical pressures in sheʹb Abi talib (a narrow valley in Mecca), which made the enemies to withdraw and created a new chapter in the history of perseverance. In military fields too, one should not disregard the Prophetʹs preservation in that history has seen many a ghazwa (A battle in which Prophet Muhammad (SAW) himself took part) which were successfully fought through tolerance, perseverance and trusting to God. In political fields, his perseverance against the threats posed by dissidents and by hypocrites is worth of attention, which implies that we would experience great developments in advancing the existing threats to our benefit, if government officials redoubled their efforts in following the Prophetʹs sira.
