National Unity and Islamic Integration in the Holy Koran And the Prophetʹʹs Sira (His Character Sketch in Life)

قرآن كريم به عنوان منشور وحدت مسلمانان، تاكيد فراواني بر اتحاد و انسجام مسلمانان و فراتر از آن، مومنان (اهل كتاب) دارد و «امت واحده» را به عنوان راهبردي بسيار مهم براي ايجاد اين اتحاد و انسجام مطرح مي‌سازد. خداوند همه پيروان انبياي الهي، به ويژه پيروان آخرين رسول خويش را تحت لواي «امت» به وحدت و اتحاد و دوري از تفرقه دعوت مي‌كند. در اين دايره، تمامي مردم، صرف‌نظر از نژاد، مليت، قوميت، نسب، زبان و حتي مذهب قرار مي‌گيرند. خداوند، ابتدا موانع تشكيل امت واحده را از جمله برتري طلبي قومي، نژادي، ديني و مذهبي، قبيله‌‌گرايي و تفاخر به آبا و اجداد محكوم و مطرود مي‌كند و در مرحله بعد، مسلمانان را به عنوان امت برگزيده معرفي و براي ايجاد اتحاد بين آنان پيوند برادري برقرار مي‌نمايد. رسول گرامي اسلام(ص) نيز با الهام از آموزه‌هاي قرآني كوشيدند تا با برقراري دو پيمان مهم؛ يكي پيمان مدني يا همزيستي مسالمت‌آميز در مدينه و ديگري پيمان مواخاه و برادري، هم اتحاد ملي و هم انسجام اسلامي را محقق سازند؛ چيزي كه امروزه ضرورت آن را مقام معظم رهبري به شايستگي تشخيص دادند و سال جاري را سال اتحاد ملي و انسجام ملي ناميدند.

The Holy Koran as a charter of unity among Muslims lays great emphasis on unity and integration among Muslims and even beyond that, among the believers (the People of the Book), presenting very important strategies for making this unity and integration, namely "a Single Umma". God calls on every follower of the divine Prophets, most notably those of His last Prophet to be united under the banner of "Umma" and to refrain from being divided. Under this banner, come all peoples, irrespective of their race, nationality, ethnicity, lineage, language and even religion. God condemns and rejects all the obstacles hindering the formation of a single Umma, including seeking racial, ethnic, religious superiority, tribalism, taking pride in oneʹs ancestors. In the second stage, God introduces Muslims as elected Umma, creating a bond of brotherhood between them in order to establish unity among them. Inspired by the Koranic teachings, the Prophet of Islam tried to establish the ties of brotherhood among Muslims, by signing two important treaties, namely a civil or peaceful coexistence treaty, and the other the bond of brotherhood, and in a word, to realize both national unity and Islamic integration, the necessity of which the Supreme Leader has duly recognized, and thereby designated the year 1386 as "National Unity and Islamic Integration".
