چالش‌هاي مديران ورزشي در ايران

Sport managers’ challenges in Iran

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي چالش‌هاي مديران ورزش در ايران بود. روش تحقيق توصيفي و جامعه آماري شامل كليه روسا و معاونين وزارت ورزش، روساي فدراسيون‌هاي ورزشي، روسا و دبيران كل كميته ملي المپيك و ... بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 49 سوالي كه به تاييد خبرگان رسيده بود، جمع‌آوري شدند و پايايي آن با استفاده از آزمون كرونباخ 90/0 بدست آمد. از آزمون‌هاي آماري توصيفي، تي تك متغيره و فريدمن براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتايج آزمون تي تك متغيره نشان داد كه منابع مالي و بودجه، منابع كالبدي، منابع فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات، سازمان‌هاي بين‌المللي، حضور تيم‌هاي ورزشي در رويدادهاي بين‌المللي و همچنين آينده سازمان ورزشي خود در سطح بين‌المللي به عنوان چالش مديران ورزش در ايران اعلام شدند. پس از شناسايي چالش‌ها، نتايج آزمون فريدمن نشان داد كه چالش منابع مالي و بودجه، چالش‌ مديران در مورد آينده سازمان ورزشي خود در سطح بين‌المللي و چالش منابع كالبدي به ترتيب به عنوان مهمترين چالش‌هاي مديران ورزش در ايران مي‌باشند. براي اداره تحولات و رويدادهاي آينده اداره ورزش كشور تعيين چشم‌انداز و استراتژي يك ضرورت است و آن را مي‌بايد متخصصان، نخبگان و مديران ورزش كشور تدوين نمايند.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the challenges before Iranian sports managers. The descriptive research method was applied in this study and all chairpersons, Deputies of the Sport Ministry, Presidents of the Sports Federations, Secretary Generals of the National Olympic Committee, etc., constituted the statistical population of the research. The data is collected via a 49-items researcher-prepared questionnaire, previously approved by the elites of the field. The internal consistency measured by Cronbachʹs Test was 0.90. Descriptive statistical tests, One-sample T-Test and Friedman test were used for analyzing the data. The results of one-sample T-Test indicated that financial resources and budget, physical resources, information and communication technology sources, international organizations, sports teamsʹ participation in the global events and also the future of the sports organization at the international level are considered as the main challenges faced by Iranian sports managers. After identifying the challenges, the results of Friedman test showed that financial resources and budget, managersʹ struggles over the future of their organizations at the international level and the physical resources, are respectively the main challenges ahead of the sports managers in Iran. In order to handle and manage the upcoming sports events, having a vision and strategy plan developed by specialists, elites and sports managers, is a necessity.
