Total Defense in Imam Khomeini’s Jurisprudential - Political Thoughts

بررسي انديشه‌هاي دفاعي حضرت امام(ره) به عنوان حوزه كار در چارچوب ديدگاههاي فقهي ـ سياسي ايشان، از ارزيابي اصول حاكم بر چارچوب مزبور آغاز مي‌شود. بر اين اساس محورهايي چون: اهتمام به تحول‌پذيري بر اساس شرايط زماني و مكاني، الهام‌گيري دايمي از ظرايف عرفاني و ، ... به درون‌مايه رويكرد دفاعي وي تبديل شده است. در همين ارتباط بايد به سابقه اين بحث در باورهاي فقهي حضرتش توجه كرد؛ كه در فتاوي منحصربه‌فرد مندرج در متون فقهي به موازين نو‌آورانه‌اي اشاره دارد. محور اصلي راهبرد دفاع همه‌جانبه، در تفكيك آن بر اساس حوزه‌هاي ملي (ايران)، منطقه‌اي (جهان اسلامي) و فرامنطقه‌اي (جبهه جهاني مستضعفين) بايد پي‌جويي شود. بر همين مبنا مي‌توان از ميان آثار متنوع حضرت امام(ره)، شاخصهاي مربوط به هر سطح تحليل را معرفي و مشخص كرد.

Any consideration of Imam Khomeiniʹs defense thoughts as an area of study within his jurisprudential-political views originates from the principles governing the above-said framework. On this basis, fundamental matters, such as making every endeavor to adopt openness to change according to the time and space conditions, being continuously inspired by the mystical subtleties… has been transformed to the theme of his defense approach. In this connection, the antecedent of this subject may be found in His Excellencyʹs jurisprudential beliefs. In these unique fatwas provided in jurisprudential (Islamic Law) texts, innovative standards have been referred to. The point of the strategy of total defense should be traced on the basis of the national domain (Iran), regional domain (the Islamic world) and transregional domain (the world front of the dispossessed). On this basis, the factors related to each level can be introduced and characterized from among his numerous works.
