بررسي حقوقي قابليتهاي زنان ايراني براي پيشبرد بسيج عمومي؛ الزامات تضمين امنيت فرهنگي

A Legal Consideration of Iranian Women’s Capabilities for Promoting the General Baseef ; The Requirments for Securing Cultural Security

نيروي مقاومت بسيج، دركنار ماموريت اصلي خود ، نهادي فرهنگي است. با توجه به اينكه امنيت فرهنگ عمومي يكي از لوازم اساسي سلامت جامعه مي‌باشد، حضور موثر بسيج در تعيين، تدوين و اجراي سياستهاي فرهنگي امري ضروري است. در اين مقاله به قابليتهاي زنان در جامعه براي پيشبرد اهداف بسيج عمومي پرداخته مي‌شود و در اين خصوص، وضعيت امنيت فرهنگي و نقشي كه بسيج در اين راستا مي‌تواند با توجه به وضعيت زنان ايفا كند، تحليل مي‌گردد. هدف اصلي مقاله، توجه به استقلال و هويت فرهنگي در وضع كنوني جامعه است. به همين دليل، پس از تشريح كاركردهاي فرهنگي بسيج (نقش بسيج در تامين و تضمين استقلال فرهنگي جامعه به دليل موضوعيت ماموريت آن با آحاد ملت از يك سو و گستردگي دامنه فعاليت بسيج در تمامي اقشار و اصناف كه سازندگان و بازيگران اصلي در صحنه فرهنگ را تشكيل مي‌دهند)، تدابير خاص فرهنگي مربوط به حمايت از زنان از طريق بسيج ارايه و پيشنهاد مي‌شود.

Beside itʹs principal mission, Basij Resistance Force, is a cultural institution. Considering the fact that the security of general culture is a fundamental requirement for the health of the society, it is important for Basij to maintain an effective presence in determining, developing and implementing the cultural policies. This article considers womenʹs capabilities in the society for promoting the General Basijʹs objectives, and in this regard, analyzes the condition of cultural security and the role Basij is capable of playing in relation with womenʹs condition. This article is principally aimed at drawing attention to the cultural identity and independence in the societyʹs existing state of affairs. For this same reason, having described the Basijʹs cultural functions (on the one hand, Basij role in providing and securing the societyʹs cultural independence due to itʹs mission with each individual of the people, and on the other hand, the extensive scope of Basijʹs activity throughout guilds and sections forming the main actors on the scene of culture), the article offers special cultural measures related to supporting women through Basij.
