برآورد تمايل به پرداخت گردشگران براي حفاظت از ميدان نقش جهان اصفهان و تحليل عوامل اقتصادي و اجتماعي موثر بر آن (كاربرد الگوهاي پروبيت رتبه اي و توبيت)

چكيده ميدان نقش جهان به همراه مجموعه بناهاي آن، يكي از شاخص ترين شاهكارهاي معماري عصر صفويه و از جاذبه هاي مهم ميراث فرهنگي كشور به شمار مي آيد؛ از اين رو حفظ چنين ميراث ارزشمندي مهم است. اين پژوهش به دنبال برآورد تمايل به پرداخت گردشگران براي حفاظت از ميدان نقش جهان با استفاده از روش ارزش گذاري مشروط و تحليل عوامل اقتصادي و اجتماعي موثر بر آن با استفاده از الگوهاي پروبيت رتبه اي و توبيت است. براي اين منظور اطلاعات مورد نياز از طريق 550 پرسشنامه تكميل شده و مصاحبه حضوري با بازديدكنندگان ميدان نقش جهان در سال 1389 جمع-آوري گرديد. بر اساس يافته ها، 5/68 درصد بازديدكنندگان، حاضر به پرداخت مبلغي براي حفاظت از ميدان نقش جهان هستند. متوسط تمايل به پرداخت ماهيانه برابر با 46790 و 171251 ريال به ترتيب به ازاي فرد و خانوار برآورد گرديد. همچنين بر اساس يافته هاي مطالعه، ميان نتايج الگوهاي پروبيت رتبه اي و توبيت از لحاظ علامت متغيرها انطباق كامل مشاهده گرديد. متغيرهاي سن، تحصيلات، درآمد و تمايل به حفاظت از ميراث فرهنگي در الگوي پروبيت رتبه اي و متغيرهاي جنسيت، تحصيلات، درآمد و تمايل به حفاظت از ميراث فرهنگي در الگوي توبيت اهميت آماري داشتند. اثر ساير متغيرها نيز مبتني بر انتظار بود. نتايج مطالعه، نشان دهنده مطلوب بودن روش ارزش گذاري مشروط و الگوهاي مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق است. كليد واژه ها: گردشگري، ميراث فرهنگي، ميدان نقش جهان، تمايل به پرداخت، ارزش گذاري مشروط، پروبيت رتبه اي، توبيت.

Abstract Naghsh-e-Jahan Square with its complementary set of buildings as one of the important attractions of tourism and cultural heritage in Iran is considered. It is important to preserve this valuable heritage. Therefore, this research will discuss to estimate a visitorʹs willingness to pay (WTP) for preservation of Naghsh-e-Jahan, based on contingent valuation method (CVM) and analysis of effective socio-economic factors on visitorʹs willingness to pay. For analysis of affecting factors on visitorʹs willingness to pay Ordered Probit and Tobit models were employed. Required information from 550 completed questionnaires and confronting interview with visitors of Naghsh-e-Jahan Square in 2010 were collected. The results indicate that 68.5% of visitors are willing to pay for preservation of Naghsh-e-Jahan Square. The average monthly amount of willingness to pay for preservation value of Naghsh-e-Jahan Square was estimated Rials 47790 and Rials 171251 per person and household, respectively. According to the findings, Between the results of Ordered Probit model and Tobit was a great adaptation. Age, education, income and conservation of cultural heritage variables in Ordered Probit model were statistically significant and sex, education, income and conservation of cultural heritage variables in Tobit model were statistically significant. Other variables have the expected sign. The results indicate contingent valuation method and models used in this research are suitable.
