ارتباط رفتار مربيگري با انگيزش موفقيت و عملكرد تيمي بازيكنان ليگ برتر هندبال كشور

Relationship among coaching behavior, achievement motivation and team players performance of Iranian Handball pro-league

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ميزان ارتباط رفتارهاي مربي‌ با انگيزش موفقيت و عملكرد تيمي ورزشكاران ليگ برتر هندبال بود. بدين منظور از پرسش‌نامه رفتار مربيگري (CBQ) مارتين و بارنز (1999) و پرسش‌نامه انگيزش رقابت ورزشي ويليس (SAI) براي بررسي انگيزش موفقيت استفاده شد. براي ارزيابي عملكرد تيم‌هاي هندبال، رتبه آن‌ها در جدول ملاك قرار گرفت. پايايي ابزار تحقيق پس از يك مطالعه مقدماتي با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ (پرسش‌نامه رفتار مربي‌، 75/0= ?، پرسش‌نامه انگيزش رقابت ورزشي،74/0= ?) به‌دست آمد. جامعه آماري، شامل ورزشكاران حاضر در ليگ برتر هندبال در سال90-1389 بود. با درنظرگرفتن 14بازيكن براي هر تيم، 168 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، از آمار توصيفي (ميانگين، انحراف استاندارد، جداول و نمودارها) و آمار استنباطي (آلفاي كرونباخ جهت سنجش تجانس دروني سوالات پرسش نامه‌ها، تحليل عامل تاييديCFA جهت سنجش روايي سازه ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاريSEM به‌منظور به آزمون گذاشتن مدل پيشنهادي، و نيز آزمون فرضيه‌ها) استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد بين رفتارهاي واكنشي مثبت و انگيزش موفقيت بازيكنان رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. يافته‌ها حاكي از ارتباط منفي و معني‌دار رفتارهاي واكنشي منفي و انگيزش موفقيت بازيكنان بود. بين رفتارهاي واكنشي مثبت و منفي و رفتارهاي طبيعي با عملكرد تيمي رابطه معني‌داري مشاهده نشد. يافته‌ها نشان داد بين رفتارهاي طبيعي و انگيزش موفقيت رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. ارتباط بين انگيزش موفقيت و عملكرد تيمي هم معني‌دار بود. با توجه به يافته‌هاي تحقيق، برنامه ريزي به‌منظور توسعه آگاهي مربيان از رفتارهاي مربيگري و اطلاع رساني در جهت اثراتي كه مربي مي‌تواند بر عملكرد و موفقيت كلي تيم و ورزشكاران داشته باشد، ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد.

The objective of this study was to survey the relationship among coaching behavior, achievement motivation and team players performance of Iranian Handball pro-league. In this regard the coaching behavior questionnaire (CBQ) of Martin and Barens (1999) and sport attitude inspection questioners of Willis (SAI) (1980) was used for survey of achievement motivation. Reliability of research tools after a fundamental survey by using Cronbachʹs alpha test (Questionnaire of Coaching Behavior, ?=0.74 and Sport Attitude Questionnaire, ?=0.74) was obtained. Statistical population of this study comprised of present players in Men Handball Pro-league in 1389-90.considering 14 players for each team, 168 players were chosen as a sample population. For the analyzes of the data descriptive statistic (average, standard deviation, tables and displays) and inferential statistic (Cronbachʹs alpha, for the test of inter homogeneity of questionnaire, confirmatory factor analyses for assessment of tools validity for gathering data, structural equation modeling in order to test the suggested approaches as well as test of theories) were used. The results revealed that there is meaningful relationship between positive reaction and achievement motivation among players. Also findings showed that there was a negative and meaningful relationship between negative reaction and achievement motivation. No meaningful relation was observed between positive, negative and natural behavior of coaching with team performance. Results showed there was a meaningful relation between natural behavior and achievement motivation. Also the relation between achievement motivation and team performance turn out to be meaningful.
