Designing a Model for Leadership Evaluation Based on Complexity Theory

عصر حاضر به عنوان عصر دانش و اطلاعات، با ويژگيهايي مثل افزايش رقابت و پيچيدگي همراه است. سازمانهاي عصر دانش بنيان، ناگزير شده اند تا رويكردهاي مشاركت و شبكه سازي را در پيش بگيرند. رويكرد شبكه سازي، باعث ظهور مسايل جديدي براي سازمانها شده است كه مواجهه با آنها، منوط به بازنگري در پيش فرضهاي قبلي علوم مديريت، رهبري و سازماندهي است. در اين مقاله تلاش مي شود تا با نگاهي تحليلي به اين موضوع پرداخته شود و مدلي جهت ارزيابي رهبري مبتني بر نظريه پيچيدگي ارايه گردد. براي ساخت مدل، فرض شد كه هدف اوليه سازمان پيچيده، افزايش قابليت انطباق و سرعت واكنش براي كسب نتايج نهايي است. در اين راستا، نظريه هاي اصلي مفسر شبكه، يعني نظريه پيچيدگي و نظريه رهبري پيچيدگي مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. براي تبيين سازماندهي در شبكه، از مفهوم فراساختار و براي تشريح فرايندهاي اصلي در شبكه از فرايندهاي اصلي نبرد شبكه مدار استفاده گرديد. جمع بندي نهايي و يكپارچه كردن اجزاي مدل با استفاده ازرويكرد تعالي سازماني انجام شد. در نهايت يك مدل مفهومي، آزمون پذير و عملياتي براي ارزيابي رهبري مبتني بر پيچيدگي ارايه گرديد.

Features such as competitiveness and complexity characterize current age as the age of knowledge and information. Knowledge age organizations are obliged to conform collaborating and networking approaches. Networking approaches have raised new issues in organizations; to confront these issues, revisiting presumptions in management, leadership, and organizing sciences should take consideration. The main purpose of current research is to investigate these issues analytically. Issues presented as in model. In order to build the ingredients of the model, it supposed that the primary aim of a complex organization is to enhance the adaptability and response speed to achieve the results. In this direction, the main networks interpreting theories - complexity theory and complexity leadership theory - have used. In order to explain organizing in network, the concept of super-structure and in order to explain the main process of the network, the main processes of the net centric warfare utilized too. In order to conclude and integrate the ingredients of the model, organizational excellence approach utilized. Finally, a conceptual, testable, and operational model introduced.
