تحليل شبكه‌هاي پيوندي وب‌گاه‌هاي پژوهشگاه‌هاي ايران: روابط پنهان و آشكار

A Link Network Analysis of Iranian Research Institute Websites: Overt and Covert Relationships

پژوهش حاضر با روش وب سنجي، و به‌كارگيري شيوه تحليل پيوند به بررسي وضعيت روابط و شبكه هاي پيوندي وب گاه هاي پژوهشگاه هاي ايران پرداخته است. جامعه مورد مطالعه وب گاه 23 پژوهشگاه و مركز پژوهشي ايران است. گردآوري داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار تحليل گر وب انجام شده است. نمودار شبكه اي رسم شده در اين پژوهش قدرت پيوندهاي متقابل بين مجموعه اي از وب گاه هاي پژوهشگاه هاي ايران را نشان داده و الگوي رابطه دروني بين اين وب گاه ها را به تصوير كشيده است. وب گاه هاي پژوهشگاه هاي ايران به لحاظ تبادل پيوند و همكاري با ساير پژوهشگاه ها از وضعيت مطلوبي برخوردار نيستند. نمودارهاي هم پيوندي نيز روابط پنهان پژوهشگاه هاي ايران را به تصوير كشيد و بيانگر اين نكته بود كه عامل اشتراك موضوعي و محتوايي از مهم ترين عوامل ايجاد هم پيوندي در بين وب گاه هاي مراكز پژوهشي ايران بوده است. از نظر مجموع پيوندهاي دريافتي و بيروني، وب گاه هاي مركز اطلاعات علمي جهاد دانشگاهي، پژوهشگاه علوم و فناوري اطلاعات ايران، و سازمان اسناد و كتابخانه ملي ايران در وضعيت بهتري نسبت به ساير وب گاه ها قرار دارند. به لحاظ تعداد پيوندهاي دريافتي و ميزان رويت پذيري نيز پژوهشگاه علوم و فناوري اطلاعات ايران، مركز اطلاعات علمي جهاد دانشگاهي، و سازمان اسناد و كتابخانه ملي ايران در رتبه هاي اول تا سوم قرار دارند. بررسي وضعيت نشاني اينترنتي پيوندهاي دريافتي و پيوندهاي بيروني وب گاه هاي مراكز پژوهشي ايران نشان داد دامنه هاي .com و .ir بيشترين ميزان پيوند را به اين وب گاه ها داشته اند. وب گاه هاي اين مراكز بيشترين پيوند بيروني را به وب گاه هاي عامه پسند (علمي، مذهبي، سرگرمي) و بعد از آن، وب گاه هاي دانشگاه ها و مومسسات آموزش عالي داده اند.

The research investigates the link and networks of Iranian research institute websites using webometrics and the link analysis method. The population includes the websites of 23 research institutes and centers in Iran. The data were collected using the Webometric Analyst software. The network diagram shows the mutual link strength among the set of research institute websites in Iran, and depicts the pattern of internal relationships among these websites. Iranian research institute websites are not in good conditions in link exchange and the cooperation with each other. In addition, the colink diagrams illustrated the covert relationships among Iranian research institutes suggesting that the common topics and contents have been the most important elements of colink creation among Iranian research institute websites. It was found that the websites of Scientific Information Database (SID), Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IRANDOC), and National Library and Archives of I.R of Iran (NLAI) were in a better condition than those of other websites as regards the total in-links and out-links. Also, the first to the third ranks were dedicated to IRANDOC, SID, and NLAI websites respectively in in-link numbers and visibility. The analysis of Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) of in-links and out-links of Iranian research institute websites showed that the maximum number of in-link to these websites was reserved for the domains .ir and .com. The websites of Iranian research institutes and centers dedicated most of their out-links to scientific, religious, and fun websites, followed by the ones for universities and the institutes of higher education.
