The Character Components of Martial Management in Nahj-Al-Balaghe

دنياي كنوني، دنياي توسعه در پيوند با ناامني ها است و يكي از ضروري ترين نيازهاي توسعه و تحقق امنيت، حضور قدرتمند نيروهاي مسلح است، و فرماندهي و فرمانبري، مهم‌ترين عامل حيات و پويايي يا نابودي و اضمحلال ارتش ها به شمار مي رود؛ از سوي ديگر قايم نمودن سازمان نيروهاي مسلح بر اركان اصولي و پي ريزي فرماندهي و فرمانبري بر اساس تعاليم علوي، به نحو خردمندانه، در راستاي اداره ي فعاليت‌ها از اهميت بسيار بالايي برخوردار است. با توجه به نقش نيروهاي مسلح در حفظ امنيت و خنثي نمودن تهديدات بالفعل و بالقوه و همچنين نقش محسوس و مهم فرماندهان و فرمانبران در پويايي و قدرت يگان هاي نيروهاي مسلح، قصد داريم با روش تحليل محتواي كيفي با هدف بازشناسي جايگاه حقيقي فرماندهي و مديريت نظامي به شناسايي و تحليل مولفه هاي منشي مديريت نظامي در نهج‌البلاغه بپردازيم. در مولفه هاي منشي «خويشتن‌داري مومنانه» با فراواني 19,8 درصد، بيشترين فراواني را نسبت به ساير مولفه ها به خود اختصاص داده و مولفه «جاذبه و دافعه» با فراواني 10,5 درصد، دومين ويژگي مديران و فرماند هان نظامي از نظر فراواني است؛ چنانكه مولفه‌هاي «شجاعت و صلابت شخصيتي»، «سخاوت و گشاده‌دستي» و «تخصص‌گرايي و توجه به شايسته‌سالاري» با فراواني 8 درصد، سومين ويژگي مديران و فرماندهان نظامي به شمار مي‌روند.

The current world, is the world of development in connection with insecurities and one of the most essential needs of the development and realization of security, is the powerful presence of the armed forces, and commanding and obedience, regarded as the most important factor for life and activeness or destruction and disintegration of the armies. On the other hand, stablishment of the armed forces organization on the normative principles and the foundation of the commanding and obedience based on the ʹAlavi Teachings, intellectually, along with the control of the activities, have a very high importance. With regard to the role of the armed forces in maintaining security and neutralizing the potential threats as well as tangible and important role of commanders and obedients in the activeness and power of the unit of the armed forces, weʹre going with quality content analysis with the objective of recognizing the true status of commanding and martial management to identify and analyse the character components of the martial management at Nahj-Al-Balagheh. Among the charecter components, "self-control based of faith" with an abundance of 19, 8 percent, have a highest abundance than other components, and component of "attraction and repulsive" with an abundance of 10, 5 percent, is the second feature of the martial administrators and commanders in terms of an abundance, as a component of "bravery and character firmness" and "generosity" and "specialism and pay attention to meritocracy with an abundance of %8 , regarded as the third feature of martial commanders and administrators.
