The Merit Criterions in Islamic Management

هر نظام اجتماعي متناسب با نوع جهان بيني خود داراي معيارها و شاخص هاي ويژه اي مي باشد كه رعايت آن ملاك ها، تداوم حيات اثربخش نظام را تضمين مي كند. در حوزه نظام مديريتي با توجه به رويكرد ديني، معيارهاي خاصي براي شايستگي وجود دارد . بررسي ادبيات مديريت اسلامي نشان مي دهدكه معيارهاي متعددي درشايستگي مديران دخالت دارد. دراين پژوهش ضمن مرور بر معيارهاي شايستگي درمديريت اسلامي، با نظرسنجي از مسيولين امر در حوزه بازرسي كل و عقيدتي سياسي، به شناسايي مهم ترين معيارهاي شايستگي پرداخته شده است. نوع اين تحقيق كاربردي و روش آن توصيفي-پيمايشي مي باشد. براي اين منظور پس ازمطالعه مستندات قرآني و روايي، يك پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشتمل بر 15سوال طراحي گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه مذكور با مراجعه به خبرگان به تاييد رسيد و ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ ميزان پايايي را 79 درصد نشان داد. جامعه آماري تحقيق، 97 نفر از مسيولين ارزشيابي و انتصابات ناجا مي باشند كه به صورت كل شماري انتخاب شده اند. پس از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها به روش آمار توصيفي، مشخص گرديد از نظر اعضاي جامعه آماري سه عامل: 1- ايمان. 2- دانش (تخصص). 3- كفايت، مهم ترين عوامل دربين عوامل شايستگي مديران مي باشد.

Any social system with regard to its worldview type, have criteria and special indicators that observance the criterion, guarantees the continuation of the effective life of the system. In the field of management system, according to religious approach, certain criteria for merit exist. Stuying the literature of Islamic management show that numerous criteria involved in the merit of managers. In this study, meantime, overview on merit criteria in Islamic management, with a survey of the authorities in the field of general inspection and Aghidati-Siasi, have been examined the most important merit criteria. Type of this research is applicable and its method descriptive-measuring. For the aim, after the studying Quranic and hadith documents, a questionnaire included 15 questions was designed. Questionnaireʹs Validity approved by approach to experts, and coefficient of Cronbachʹs alpha, showed the level of permanence 79 percent. Statistical research society, is 97 persons among the authorities of Naja that have selected counting-whole. After analyzing the data according to method of descriptive statistics revealed that from the view of members of the statistical society, three factors: 1-faith; 2-knowledge (expertise). 3. the adequacy, are the most important factors among the factors of managers merit.
