بررسي عملكرد كاربران سيستم اطلاعات بيمارستاني بر ميزان كسورات در بيمارستان آموزشي و درماني هاجر شهركرد درسال 1391

Operators’ performance evaluation on the hospital information system about the deductions of educational and medical Hajar hospital in 2012

زمينه و هدف: استفاده از سيستم اطلاعات بيمارستاني در نظام سلامت در جهت پيشبرد اهداف اعتباربخشي امري اجتناب ناپذير است. اين پ‍ژوهش به منظور بررسي ارتباط عملكرد كاربران نرم افزار سيستم اطلاعات بيمارستاني با ميزان كسورات هزينه هاي بيمارستاني در سال 1391 در بيمارستان هاجر شهركرد انجام شده است. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه يك پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي است. حجم نمونه در اين مطالعه منطبق بر جامعه پژوهش بوده است و كليه پرستاراني كه به طور ثابت از سيستم اطلاعات سيستم اطلاعات بيمارستاني استفاده مي كردند در اين مطالعه شركت نمودند. ابزار گرد آوري داده ها پرسشنامه سنجش عملكرد بود. يافته ها: نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه ميانگين نمره ي عملكرد كاربران 31/1±72/17 بود. همچنين بين نمره عملكرد كاربران و كسورات بيمارستاني ارتباط معني دار و معكوسي وجود داشت (001/0=P، 581/0-=(r. نتيجه گيري: نتايج حاكي از آن بود كه ميانگين نمره ي عملكرد كاربران در سطح پاييني قرار دارد؛ لذا لازم است ارتقا سطح عملكرد كاربران و آموزش كادر درماني در خصوص نحوه صحيح ثبت خدمات به منظور كاهش كسورات و ارتقا اهداف حاكميت باليني، بيش از پيش مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

Background and aims: Introduction: use of information technology in healthcare has been inevitable to achieve purposes of accreditation standards. This descriptive study is to evaluate the correlation of performance of hospital information system software operators with the amount of deducted costs in 2012 in Hajar Hospital, Shahrekord. Methods: The data were collected through a performance measurement questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire were examined by several professors, experts and colleagues in the field and based on the opinion of the expert in statistics, Cronbachʹs Alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. After the questionnaires were filled out, the data were analyzed by SPSS 16 through Spearman correlation coefficient, Pearson, and Regression tests. Results: The results showed that there was significant and inverse relationship between performance scores of operators and hospital deductions (P=0.001). The spearman correlation coefficient between the two was found to be -0.581. Conclusion: promoting operator performance level and training health staff should be more considered along with proper manner of services record to reduce deductions and to promote the clinical governance objectives.
