تحليل كيفي و مكاني مراكز اقامتي شهر شيراز جهت توسعه گردشگري (با تاكيد بر هتل ها )

Qualitative and Spatial Analysis of Accommodation Centers in Shiraz city for Tourism Development ( by emphasis on hotels)

رشد و گسترش گردشگري از جمله پديده هاي مهم اواخر قرن بيستم است كه با سرعت بيشتري در قرن جديد ادامه دارد. در صورت برنامه ريزي و توسعه از پيش انديشيده شده، گردشگري قادر است منافع مستقيم و غيرمستقيم اقتصادي، اجتماعي ، فرهنگي، محيطي و سياسي را ايجاد و سهم قابل توجه اي را در توسعه ملي ايفا نمايد. مراكز اقامتي بويژه هتل ها يكي از اركان مهم و اساسي گردشگري محسوب مي شود. كميت و كيفيت آنها در توسعه گردشگري يك مكان نقش زيادي دارد. شهر شيراز به دليل بهره مندي از جاذبه هاي متنوع فرهنگي ، تاريخي و طبيعي از موقعيت ممتازي از نظر جاذبه هاي گردشگري در سطح جهاني برخوردار است. اما متناسب با قابليت هاي موجود نتوانسته است از گردشگري بهره ببرد. با توجه به اهميت موضوع در اين مقاله به بررسي و تحليل كيفي و مكاني مراكز اقامتي در شهر شيراز پرداخته شده است. نوع تحقيق، بنيادي - توسعه اي است و روش بررسي آن توصيفي- تحليلي مي باشد. جامعه آماري ، گردشگران خارجي و داخلي را كه در تيرماه 1390 در هتل هاي شيراز اقامت كرده اند، مورد تحقيق قرار داد. حجم نمونه از طريق فرمول كوكران محاسبه و 250 نفر تعيين شد. اعتبار و روايي پرسشنامه به-طريق محتوايي و بر اساس نظر متخصصين مورد سنجش قرار-گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق الفاي كرونباخ اندازه گيري شد كه از پايايي مطلوب (08/0) برخوردار بود. اطلاعات از طريق نرم افزار spss و مدل كاي اسكوير تجزيه و تحليل شدند. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد بهبود كيفيت امكانات و خدمات مراكز اقامتي(هتل ها) باعث جذب و توسعه گردشگري در شهر شيراز مي شود و بين كيفيت امكانات و خدمات مراكز اقامتي(هتل ها) و ميزان رضايتمندي گردشگران رابطه معناداري وجود دارد و همچنين مراكز اقامتي با توجه به نقش و كاركرد تفريحي شيراز از توزيع فضايي مناسبي برخوردارند.

The growth and development of tourism is an important phenomena in the latest of 20th centaury which is continuing with higher speed in the current century. In case of foreseen planning and developing, tourism is able to create direct and indirect economical, social, cultural, environmental and political profits and has a recognized share in the national development. Accommodation centers especially hotels are considered as one of the important and main elements of tourism and their quality and quantity has a great impact on tourism development of an area. Shiraz city due to the enjoyment of various tourism, historical and natural attractions has a distinguished and distinct situation throughout the world. But it does not benefit in proportion with its potential. With respect to the importance of this subject, this paper has studied and analyzed the qualitative and spatial status of accommodation centers in Shiraz city. Type of research is developmental- institutional type and its study method is descriptive- analytical method.The statistical society of this research is the local and foreign tourists who were accommodated in Shiraz hotels in July 2011. The sample volume was calculated by Cocharan formula and was determined as 250 persons. The validity and reliability of questionnaire was measured from the view point of content and based on the view of professionals. Reliability of questionnaire was measured through Cronbachʹs alpha which had a desirable reliability (0.08). The data were analyzed by SPSS software and Chi Square model. The research findings show that optimizing the facilities and services of accommodation centers (hotels) causes the attraction and development of tourism in Shiraz city and there is a significant relation between the quality of hotels’ facilities and services with the amount of tourists’ satisfaction, also accommodation areas with respect to the recreational role and function of Shiraz has a suitable spatial distribution.
