تحليل تاثير سازمان فضايي شهر بر نظام حمل ونقل درون شهري )مطالعه موردي: شهر رشت(

Analysis of Influence of Urban Spatial organization on Inter-city Transportation System (Case Study: Rasht city, Iran)

متغيرهاي موجود در سازمان فضايي شهر، بر نحوه آمدوشد شهروندان تاثيرات متقابلي دارند. نبود فرآيند برنامه ريزي براي تحليل اين متغيرها باعث افزايش زمان، فاصله، هزينه ها و استفاده زياد از خودروي شخصي براي دسترسي به كاركردهاي شهري گرديده است. شهر رشت از جمله شهرهاي گسترده كشور است كه سازمان فضايي پراكنده آن باعث شده تا شهروندان براي دسترسي به كاركردهاي شهري، بيش از بيش از خودروي شخصي استفاده كنند. به اين ترتيب توزيع متناسب عناصر كالبدي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي در داخل محلات شهري از اهداف و ضروريات برنامه ريزي شهري است. فرض اصلي تحقيق اين است كه بين پراكندگي متغيرهاي شكل خوب شهري و نحوه آم دوشد شهروندان براي دسترسي به كاركردهاي شهري رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. هدف مقاله نيز تحليل رابطه هريك از متغيرهاي شكل خوب شهر و كاركردهاي محله اي و تاثير آن بر ميزان استفاده از خودرو شخصي است. دراين مقاله، نوع تحقيق، كاربردي- توسعه اي و روش انجام آن "پيمايشي" است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه شهروندان شهر رشت است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 382 نفر برآوردگرديده است. شيوه نمون هگيري خوشه اي، و به منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات، براي تعيين ميزان رابطه معني داري بين متغيرها، از آزمون آماري ناپارامتريك دو متغيره "اسپيرمن" درقالب جداول دو بعدي در نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. يافتههاي پژوهش نشان ميدهند كه بين پراكندگي و فقدان متغيرهاي شكل خوب شهر و ميزان زياد استفاده از خودروي شخصي، رابطه معنيداري وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج به دست آمده بيانگر رابطه معني دار بين توزيع نامناسب كاربر يهاي تجاري، تفريحي، آموزشي و ورزشي در سطح محلات شهر رشت است كه رابطه معني داري با فراواني سفرهاي درون شهري، براي دسترسي به كاركردهاي شهري را نشان مي دهد.

Variables exist in the urban spatial organization, interact other variables of travelling modes of the citizens. Lack of planning process to analyze these variables increases the time, distance, costs and causes high use of private vehicle to access the functional locations of the city. Rasht is a broad city that its spread spatial organization has caused citizens to use other travelling modes than private cars. Thus appropriate distribution of the physical, social and economic elements into urban neighborhoods would be the objectives and requirements of an urban planning model. The main hypothesis of this research is finding a meaningful relationship between dispersion of the urban good shape variables and modes of traveling of the citizens to access to urban functions. The article aims to analyze the relationship between each of the good city variables and the local functions and its effects on the use of private cards. This research is an applied- development project conducted by a "survey" method. Statistical society of this study is the total citizens of Rasht city. The sample size was estimated to 382 persons by using the Morgan Table. Sampling method is cluster and in order to analyze data to determine significant relationships between variables the non-parametric, 2 variable Spearman has been used in the form two- dimensional tables in SPSS software. Research findings show that between the dispersion and lack of urban good shape variables and high levels use of private cars, there is a significant relationship. Also results indicate significant relationship between inappropriate distribution of commercial, recreational, educational and sports usages in the neighborhoods of Rasht, which shows a significant relationship, with frequency of inter- urban trips to access to urban functions and frequency of inter- urban trips to access to urban functions.
