سنجش گرايش مردم به سازمان‎ها، به معناي ارزيابي مردم از ميزان بهره‎مندي يا انتظار بهره‎مندي از فوايد سازمان‎هاست و كسب اين ارزيابي و شناخت علل و عوامل آن، مي‎تواند مسولان سازمان‎ها را در تقويت نقاط قوّت و رفع كاستي‎ها، و در نتيجه ارتقاي كارآيي سازمان‎ها و موفّقيت آنها در رسيدن به اهدافشان ياري كند. سنجش گرايش مردم نسبت به بسيج، به عنوان يك سازمان مردمي نيز مي‎تواند به ارتقاي كارايي آن منجر شود. در اين مقاله، تلاش شده است تا گرايش مردم (شهر تهران) نسبت به بسيج (با تاكيد بر پايگاه‎هاي بسيج مساجد) مورد بررسي و عوامل موثر بر آن نيز شناسايي گردد. بر اساس تيوري‎هاي گرايش، مهمترين عناصر آن، ارزيابي از فايده و انتظار فايده و هنجارهاي ذهني در مورد يك پديده است، كه در اين مقاله، ارزيابي مردم در اين موارد بررسي و عوامل موثر بر آن نيز معرفي شده است. نتايج بررسي نشان مي‎دهد گرايش به بسيج، كمي بيش از متوسط، و عوامل متعدد فردي و اجتماعي بر آن موثر است.

Measuring people tendency towards organizations means people,s evaluation of taking advantage or expectining to take advantage from the benefits andservices of those organizations. Gaining access to this evaluation and finding out the reasons and causes of people satisfaction can help officials to strengthen the stron point and to remove the weak points and finally to promote the effectiveness and success of the organizationsin achieving their objectives. The measurment of people tendency towards Basij as a popular organization can enhance the effectiveness of that organization. In this article the author is trying to study the degree of tendency of (Tehran) population towards Basij with special attention to Basij sites in mosques and identify the variables affecting this tendency. According to the theories of inclinations,the most important factor is people,s judgement about the benefits or expectation of benefits or mental norms about a phenoymenon. In this article, people,s evaluations about those factors have been studied and the factors affecting their evaluation have been introduced. The finding of the research shows that people,s tendency towards Basij is a little above avarage and various factors including personal and social elements haven effective in this regards.
