The Effects of Basij Regional Manoeuvres on Basijis Morale Integration and Emotional offloading

آيا رزمايشهاي منطقه‎اي بسيج قادر است روحيه و آمادگي رزمي بسيجيان را فزوني بخشد، انسجام آنان را افزايش دهد و موجب تخليه هيجاني آنان شود؟ اين سيوال بنيادي انگيزه به سامان رسيدن يك تحقيق پيمايشي شد كه در آن از بين كليه بسيجياني كه در 1382 در رزمايشهاي منطقه‎اي بسيج شركت كرده بودند. نمونه‎اي به حجم 2210 نفر انتخاب شد. آن گاه روحيه، انسجام و ميزان تخليه هيجاني آنان با استفاده از يك مقياس اندازه‎گيري داراي اعتبار (Validity) و پايايي (veliability) بسنده مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصله نشان داد كه اولاً: رزمايشهاي منطقه‎اي نيروي مقاومت بر عناصري از هر يك از سه مولفه مورد اندازه‎گيري اثر نهاده است. ثانياً: بين ميزان اثربخشي رزمايشها در مناطق مختلف تفاوتهاي معناداري ديده مي‎شود و ثالثاً: بين پارامترهايي همچون رضايت از امكانات و مديريت و جز آن و اثربخشي رزمايشها رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

Are Basij regional military exercises orchestrated by Basij Force capapable of maintaing and upgrading Basijis battle readiness and enhancing their organizational integration and offloading emotional excitement? These are the basic questions which motivated to accomplish a Field study in which the samples were chosen among those Basijis who had participated in the regional manoeuvers exercized by Basij Force in 1382 (2003). A sample of 2210 subjects were selected. Then, by applying measurment scales bearing sufficient validity and reliability, the morale, integration and the degree of emotional offloading were measured. The findings indicated that, first of all, Basij regional military exercises organized by Basij Resistance Force have had an effect on the three components of measured. Secondly, there is a meaningful difference between the degree of effects of manoeuvers performed in different areas of the country. And third, There also exists a meanigful relationship between satisfaction with facilities, mamagement of the exercises, etc. and the degrees of effectiveness of these manoeuvres.
