Socio - Psychological Vulnerabilities of Natural Disasters and Basij Cultural Role in Encountering them

با توجه به مباحث نظري و عملي مطرح در زمينه اهميت ايفاي نقش فرهنگي بسيج در تامين نيازهاي رواني و اجتماعي قربانيان فجايع، اين مقاله با مرور و شفاف‌سازي مفاهيم مرتبط با موضوع به تبيين ويژگيهاي فجايع به ويژه بلاياي طبيعي، ماهيت و انواع آنها مي‌پردازد. بررسي پيامدهاي بلاياي طبيعي به ويژه در ابعاد روان شناختي و اجتماعي از ديگر مطالب مهم اين مقاله به شمار مي‌آيد و با پيوند اين مطالعات با تجربه تلخ زلزله بم پيامدهاي روان شناختي و اجتماعي حادثه مذكور در محور بررسي اين مقاله قرار مي‎گيرد و در ادامه آن عملكرد بسيج در اين زمينه با رويكرد فرهنگي بررسي مي‌شود. در اين مقاله متكي بر مباحث فوق الذكر نهايتاً مباحث و مدلهاي مطرح در تبيين نقش فرهنگي بسيج در بلاياي طبيعي هر دو بحث قرار مي‌گيرد و مدلهاي پيشنهادي ارايه و توصيف مي‌شود.

With regard to the theoretical and practical debates concerning the importance of Basij cultural role in fulfilling social and psychological needs of victims of disasters/ the present article is intended to explain the features of catastrophes, particularly natural disasters, their nature and types with reviewing the related concepts. The next important point discussed in the article is an analysis of impacts and implications of natural disasters especially social and psychological aspects of such events. The article, by linking these studies with bitter experience of Bam earthquack, the socio - psychological implications of Bam incident have been reviewed and Basij performance in this regard has been explained by adopting a Cultural approach. At the end of the article, based on raised discussions, well - known models and debates in determining Basij cultural role in natural disasters is expounded and the suggested models appropriate for such role are presented and described.
