The Study of Procedures of Recalling and Employing Female Members (Khaharan) of Basij

حفظ آمادگي نيروهاي داوطلب و مردمي به صورت يك حركت جمعي و خودجوش نظامي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي و سياسي براي حراست از دستاوردهاي انقلاب اسلامي در قالب تشكلي به نام بسيج تبلور يافته است. لذا براي فراخواني و به كارگيري افراد داوطلب جهت پرداختن به ماموريتهاي محوله، وجود شيوه‌هاي مناسب و مطلوب از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است براي تحقق اهداف متعالي‌ ارتش بيست ميليوني اين پژوهش با عنوان «بررسي شيوه‌هاي فراخواني و به كارگيري خواهران بسيجي» طراحي و با هدف تعيين شيوه‌ها و فنون فراخواني و به كارگيري خواهران بسيجي در شهر تهران اجرا شد. نتايج به دست آمده از بررسي سوالات تحقيق كلي، بيانگر آن است كه وضعيت فراخواني‌هاي بسيج، همچنين وضعيت سازماندهي در قشر خواهران بسيجي از نظر آنان مطلوب ارزيابي شده است. اما در مقايسه، مطلوبيت فراخواني‌ها بيش از به كارگيري مي‌باشد، در پايان اين گزارش راهكارهايي براي بهبود كيفيت فراخواني و به كارگيري ارايه شده است.

An MA in Education Management Maintaining readiness of volunteer and popular forces in the form of a self – motivated military, cultural, economic, and social – polical move has been crystallized and manifested in a framework called Basij to safeguard Islamic Revolution achievements. Thas, devising and framing some suitable and desirable procedures and techniques for recalling and deploying volunteer forces to accomplish assigned missions are of great importance. In order to realize the exalted goals of 20 – milion Army of Basij, an attempt was made to design a reseach project titled as “The study of recalling and deploying techniques and procedures of female members (khaharan) of Basij. The purpose of the reseach was to find out and recognize the recalling and deploying Basiji sisters (khahayan) in Tehran. To accomplish the research, after reviewing of related literature and studying relevent document of the subject, as well as studying the background of the subject matter, a questionair Consisting of 107 question was devised on the basis of general model of the variable. Having detemined the validiy and reliability of the main questionair, It was distributed among 1000 members of the sample group of Basij sisters in Tehran. The procedure applied in the present resrach was a field study. To statistially analyze and process data collected from the sample subjects, SPSS Software was applied. The result of the reasearch indicate that recalling processes applied by Basij have been evaluated as desirable by Basiji sisters. Also, organization of Basiji sisters has been favorable. However, Comparison of the two variables suggests that the desireability of recalling cases is much more than that of appropriate deploying. At the end of the article, some approaches have been suggested to improve the quality of recalling and deploying procedures and techniques.
