بسيج و آينده پژوهي

BASIJ AND FUTURISTIC RESEARCH

در فرهنگ علوم اجتماعي، آينده‌نگري (نگاه كردن به سوي آينده‌اي نه چندان نزديك به منظور سعي در پيش‌بيني آن، كار فكري منتظمي است. كه بيشتر يك هنر و روش است. مفاهيم خلاقيت، انديشه نوين، پيشاهنگي و چشم‌انداز، در ارتباط نزديك با آينده‌شناسي هستند. اين رشته هنري و تا حدي علمي، از حدود چهل سال پيش، توجه انديشمندان علوم اجتماعي و سياسي را به خود جلب كرده بود. پژوهشگران خّلاق، پيشاهنگان چشم‌انداز آينده محسوب مي‌شوند؛ زيرا افراد خّلاق، همواره در انديشه گذر از وضع موجود و در طلب وضع بهينه و مطلوب هستند. بنابر اين آينده پژوهي بسيج بايد بتواند با استفاده از مبتكران و نوآوران، مباني نظري انديشه نوين بسيج را در ايران براي نياز فرد (حداقل دو دهه آينده) ترسيم نمايد. اين مهم از دو طريق امكانپذير است: 1ـ تبيين استراتژي تحقيقات بنيادي و كار ويژه آن در بسيج؛ 2ـ اهميت دادن به تحقيقات آينده پژوهي. آينده پژوهي بسيج در جهت شكل دهي «بسيج فردا» بر اساس نگاه آينده‌ساز امام خميني(ره)، و مقام معظم رهبري گامهاي اساسي برمي‌دارد تا بسيج فرهنگي و بسيج علمي جايگاه واقعي خود را پيدا كند.

In the culture of Social Sciences, Futurism is considered as a regular intellectual work that includes a forward - looking attitude toward far future in order to predict and forcast future. Futurism is largely an art and method. Such concepts as creativity, New thinking, Scouting and outlook have a close connection with futurism. This discipline of art and somehow of science attracted Social and political Scholars attention from almost 40 years ago. Generative researchers are considered as future forward - looking scouts. because creative individuals are always trying to change the Status quo and to seek a better and favorable condition. According to the present article. Basij futurism should be able to illustrate and map out the theoretical foundation of Basij new thinking by employing innovators and initiators in order to address "tomorrow needs "(at least for two decades). This aim can be achieved through two ways: first, by explaining and defining a strategy for fundemental resarch and its function in Basij second, by attaching great importance to futuristic reseach. Basij futuristic research is taking basic steps toward formation of "tomorrow Basij" based on Imam Khomeini future - building attitudes in order for Cultural and Scientific Basij find its appropriate position.
