بررسي عوامل اجتماعي و روان شناختي موثر بر قانون گريزي از قوانين راهنمايي و رانندگي

Investigation of Social Factor Influencing on Law Breaking of Violated Drivers from Traffic Rules

فراوان ??ي تخلف ??ات رانندگي به وسيله رانندگان موتور سيكلت سوار و قان ??ون گريزي آنها از قوانين راهنمايي و رانندگي در جامعه بر اهميت پرداختن به اين موضوع )قانون گريزي رانندگان متخلف( اشاره دارد. ه ??دف اصلي تحقي ??ق حاضر شناسايي عوامل اجتماعي موثر بر قانون گريزي رانندگان متخلف از قوانين راهنمايي و رانندگي در سطح شهر فسا است. اين پژوهش به روش پيمايشي صورت گرفته است نمونه گيري به صورت تصادفي بوده و ابزارگردآوري داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه از يك نمونه 292 نفري گردآوري شده است جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه رانندگان متخلف از قوانين كه مشمول توقيف موتور وجريمه شده اند كه بالاي 15 سال سن است. يافته هاي اين تحقيق نش ??ان داد بين تقديرگرايي و قانون گريزي ) 47 / r =0 (، آنومي و قانون گريزي) 52 / r =0 ( پرخاشگري و تخليه احساسات و هيجانات و قانون گريزي ) 41 / r =0 (، عدم ارضاي نيازهاي سطح پايين تر و قانون گريزي ) 37 / r = 0 (، و احساس تعلق اجتماعي و قانون گريزي) 49 / r=-0 ( در سطح معناداري ) 0/ 000 ( رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه بين ويژگي هاي اجتماعي مثل تقديرگرايي، آنومي يا بي هنجاري، احساس تعلق اجتماعي، و ويژگي هاي روان شناختي مثل پرخاشگري و تخليه احساسات و هيجانات و عدم ارضاي نيازهاي سطح پايين تر با قانون گريزي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

Frequency of driving violations by motorcycles and their violation of driving rules in society refers to this subject importance. Different factors interfere with the drivers violations. this research aims to identify social factors effective on the drivers violation in Fasa city. this research has been conducted by survey method , the sampling was accident and the tool for collecting data was using questionnaire from a sample of 292. the research statistical society have included all offendres in driving experienced motorcycle detention and fine are over 15 years old. This research theorical frame work is a combination of sociologist and psychology theories used of Max Weber, Maslow, Feroid , Matsa. Dour kim, Richard flex and etc theories data analysis was conducted by using spss soft ware on descriptive and dedustive statistic levels. That in deductive statistic section the pearson correlation coefficient and univariable regression is used this research findings there is a significant relation between destiny and violation (r = 0.47 %) anomie and rules violation (r = 0.52 %), aggression and experessing feelings and emotions and rule – violation ( r = 0.41 % ) and lower neds unsatisfaction and rules violation (r = 0.37 %) and social attachment and rules violation (r = 0.49 %). This result of this research indicate that there is significant relation between social properties such as destiny, anomie or disorder, social attachment, and psychological properties such as feeling expression and emotions and in the lower level needs unsatisfaction with rules violation.
