شناسايي و طبقه‌بندي عوامل موثر بر چابكي با رويكرد QFD

Classification of Effective Factors on Agility with QFD Approach (Casse Study: Part Industry)

در محيط‌هاي جديد كسب‌و‌كار، چابكي به‌عنوان مشخصه‌اي اساسي براي رقابت شناخته شده است. پژوهش‌هاي اندكي در جهت ارايه متدولوژي‌هاي يكپارچه مناسب براي افزايش چابكي ارايه شده است. در اين پژوهش رويكردي را مورد استفاده قرار مي‌دهيم كه از طريق مرتبط ساختن مزيت‌هاي رقابتي، شاخص‌هاي چابكي و توانمند‌سازهاي چابكي، مناسب‌ترين توانمند‌سازهايي كه براي افزايش چابكي موثر هستند، شناسايي شوند تا شركت‌ها از اين توانمند‌سازها در جهت بهبود وضعيت رقابتي خود استفاده كنند. اين رويكرد بر‌اساس متدولوژي گسترش عملكرد كيفيت و به‌ويژه خانه كيفيت پايه‌گذاري شده است. در اين متدولوژي منطق فازي استفاده شده است تا وابستگي‌ها و همبستگي‌هاي مورد نياز در HOQ را بيان كند. در پايان، اين رويكرد در صنعت قطعه‌سازي خودرو پياده‌سازي و مناسب‌ترين توانمند‌سازها در اين صنعت شناسايي شدند. مديريت زنجيره تامين به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين توانمند‌ساز در اين صنعت شناخته شد و مديريت دانش، فناوري اطلاعات، مهندسي همزمان، سخت‌افزار، گروه‌‌سازي و مديريت طرح به‌ترتيب در رتبه‌هاي بعد قرار گرفتند. از جمله مهم‌ترين محدوديت‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌توان به زمانبر بودن استفاده از QFD به دليل محاسبات فراوان اشاره كرد. در اين پژوهش به دليل بيان بهتر وابستگي‌ها و همبستگي‌ها در HOQ از اعداد فازي استفاده شد تا روابط به‌طور دقيق بيان شود.

In modern business environments, Agility is advocated as the fundamental characteristics for competitiveness. Little research, however, exists, which provides integrated methodologies suitable to be practically adopted to enhance the agility of companies. In this research, we utilized an original approach, which, by linking competitive bases, agile attributes and agile enablers, aims at identifying the most appropriate enablers effective on increasing the companies agility. The approach is based on the quality function deployment methodology, and in particular, on the house of quality, which has been successfully adopted in the new product development field. The whole scaffold exploits fuzzy logic to translate linguistics judgements required for relationships and correlations matrixes into numerical values. In point, this approach was applied in Auto Part industry and identified suitable enablers in this industry. Supply chain management in this industry was recognized as the most important enabler. Knowledge management, information technology, concurrent engineering, team building, project management and hardware were placed in the other ranks. The main limitation of this research is time consuming due to the calculation of the QFD cited. Dependencies and correlations at HOQ fuzzy numbers were used to describe the relationship accurately.
