عوامل تاثيرگذار بر تحول و دگرگوني سياسي در كشورهاي مسلمان (مطالعه موردي تونس)

Influential Elements on Political Development and Transformation in Muslim Countries

وقوع انقلابي مردمي و گسترده كه نظام مستحكم و مسلح به نيروهاي امنيتي و نظامي نيرومندي چون نظام زين‌العابدين بن‌علي در تونس را به زير مي‌كشد، به سادگي نشان دهنده عدم مقبوليت گسترده نظام و در نتيجه عدم مشروعيت آن است . انقلاب تونس همچون ساير انقلاب‌هاي مردمي نشان دهنده به حداقل رسيدن مشروعيت نظام حاكم بود ، نظامي كه آزادي‌هاي سياسي و مدني را با شعار دولت رفاه مصادره كرد و در نهايت هيچ يك از اين دو را محقق نساخت. در اين مقاله ضمن بررسي تحولات بيداري اسلامي در كشور تونس به عنوان خاستگاه تحولات منطقه عربي و شمال آفريقا با بهره گيري از آمارها و داده هاي موجود در دوران 24 ساله رياست جمهوري بن علي به بررسي بسترهاي سياسي ، اجتماعي ، اقتصادي و امنيتي اين تحولات به عنوان عامل موثر احتمالي در شكل‌گيري اعتراضات مي پردازيم . روش انجام اين تحقيق كيفي- كمي بوده و ضمن بررسي و تحليل محتواي اسناد و مدارك از مصاحبه عميق جهت بررسي موضوع استفاده شده است . همچنين در بخش كمي از آزمون هاي رتبه بندي جهت اولويت بندي ميزان اهميت هريك از عوامل استفاده شده است . نتايج تحليل ها بيانگر تاثير هم زمان سه دسته عوامل ساختاري ، انساني و نهادي در شكل گيري تحولات كشور تونس است.

Emergence of Popular and wide revolution which toppled a strong system that was armed with powerful military and security forces such as Zein-ul-Abedin Bin Ali in Tunisia, Simply shows wide non acceptance of such system and as a result, full non-legitimacy of it. Similar to other popular revolutions, Tunisian revolution indicates the minimizing the legitimacy of ruling system, which confiscated political and civil freedoms with motto of welfare government and ultimately none of them were materialized. While Islamic awakening developments in Tunisia as the origin of Arabic regional and North Africa developments have been explored, by using the existing data and statistics of 24-year presidency of Bin Ali, the current paper examines the political, social, economic and security grounds of such developments as the possible effective elements in shaping the protests. Qualitative-Quantitative methodology has been used in present research, and in addition to studying as well as analysing the contents of documents and deeds, the deep interviews have been conducted with aim at exploring the issue. Also, for prioritizing the rate of significance of each elements, the ranking tests have been used in Qualitative section. The Conclusions of analyses indicate simultaneous impact of three classes of structural, human and organizational elements on shaping of Tunisia development
